I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at the Middle . The food was absolutely tasteless, lacking any sort of seasoning or flavor. It was as if no thought or care went into the preparation of the dishes( because we were hungry and it was late ( we had to get the leftovers - just in case kids feel hungry late night ) I tried to give feedback to the lady Supriya , hoping for some acknowledgment or even a slight improvement, but she was dismissive and outright rude, showing no interest in taking positive criticism.

WE WERE TOLD THAT FOOD WAS FINESSE AND ISSUE WAS WITH OUR TASTEBUDS LOL;

FYI we have previously dined at the better places . We don’t mind paying when the food is worth it . Even if they would have done customer service better we would’ve ignored the food . But this place sucks ! Her attitude, being unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my visit. They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than in providing any level of service to the customers. This lack of professionalism only added to the negative experience.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend the middle to anyone. The combination of bland food, an unresponsive and unprofessional and a non-friendly staff makes this a place to avoid. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where your presence and feedback will be appreciated.

Tried to dine there tonight after looking at menu that said they cater for allergies and had build your own pizza etc. We arrived and once I asked what I could eat off menu as a ceiliac person all the food I asked if it was safe for me the answer I got was IT SHOULD BE. I asked her to check with chef and that's when she came back saying that he not want to serve me and can be 100% and he not sure what I can eat. If your going to offer food options and you offer gluten free if would be a good idea to actually have food safe for me to eat. We had ordered a drink and once they realized that I was Har to cater to there was no more service for 20 minutes and when we decided to leave and pay for drinks she then asked if I still wanted to order. Sorry but I need to say they are poorly equipped to run or understand food...

I recently visited THE MIDDLE, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was incredibly bland, lacking any distinct flavors or seasoning. Additionally, the service was disappointing as the lady who took our order ( Supriya ) seemed indifferent and didn't even offer a smile. The ambience of the restaurant was also nice, but the way she treated us was portrayed as unwelcoming atmosphere to us. Food prices were high however food quality was low . Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I wouldn't recommend it. Also asked the lady to get us room temp water - She brought in a glass and told us she was too lazy to wash the jug at the back .
