Pita Pit Kelston — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

Kelston Pita pit use to be the go however it’s given me a change of thoughts therefore it Doesn’t deserve a star to be honest with you.

My order was wrong my partner ordered off Uber eats.

The loaded wedges ordered was missing cheese! How tf do you forget to put cheese on the wedges! It did have bacon lol one long strip of bacon which wasn’t even cut into pieces.

this is a regular thing we order and we both know it doesn’t look the way it was sent to us.

The chicken crunch pita wrap was appalling it was poorly wrapped.

The chicken crunch bowl salad had a chunk of rotten avocado! Again the bacon wasn’t diced instead given as a whole strip!

Not to mention how stingy they are with ingredients!

Phoned the business & customer service wasn’t too pleasant either!

Honestly don’t order from here!

Food was okay. Customer service not so much. I asked about their mask situation as none of the staff were wearing masks to which the male staff member explained they don’t wear it as they cook over the grill which I understood and carried on with my order, he became quite short with us. We then went to sit down inside to eat and was told they aren’t having people dine-in, it’s not allowed? I asked “even with a vaccination pass?” He said no, they’re closed and not having people eat in. Please maybe update this on your website as it says “In-store ordering & dining are available to all those with vaccine passes, which must be presented to our staff when ordering.” Felt like we were treated unfairly and kicked out essentially because I asked about the use of masks! Would give a negative star rating if possible. Walked in, lady serving hopped off her chair with a solemn look on her face and I asked politely for the order I wanted. She had a horrible facial expression and then told me to use the kiosk to order. I looked at her and asked if I could order from her since she was standing at the till and talking to me. Again pulls a horrible facial expression making me feel utterly uncomfortable and like it was too hard to take my order. I walked straight off without saying anything.
