I've been coming here regularly for over 5 years and the service/food had always been fantastic - hence why I went back so often. The woman who ran the shop always had great customer service and the effort that went into the food and presentation was always very clear.
It's a shame to say that because of the new manager running the shop, I will not be returning. The new manager is always quite rude but today he misunderstood what I was trying to say about my loyalty card, so he stood out from behind the counter and (in front of a full shop of customers) proceeded to yell over to my table at me in a very belittling and misogynistic manner. It was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing so I got up, told them what I thought, said I wouldn't need my loyalty card anymore and left.
Also- they no longer cater vegetarians as well as they once did either with only one non meat/fish option.

Read moreI live close by this area, so i always pass by this sushi shop. I went inside one day but it was too early - the selections were too limited. So i went out. Another day, i went inside again to check the sushi out - it was too expensive - small - and not much selections for me. Hence, i left. On the way out, she rudely said dont come back. Shockingly, i replied why? She said dont come in and look but not buy anything. HOW RUDE. She even accused me of spying! I was like why is ure mind so negative!! Never coming back here!
