Golocious Mall of Oman — Restaurant in Muscat

I recently had the opportunity to dine there, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.

The food was delicious! I tried their spaghetti and spicy chicken salad, both of which were well-prepared and flavorful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting, with a warm and cozy ambiance.

The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the meal. However, the only downside to my experience was the pricing. I found the prices to be a bit expensive for the portion size of the food.

Service was awful. I asked for a vegetarian burger (it is on the menu) and they literally brought me bread with lettuce, tomato and onion. I was obviously expecting a veggie patty. The guy said "in Italy it's like this". My husband is Italian, so we just looked at each other and laughed it off.

They promised 30% off (huge sign at the door and waitress told us to go in because of this discount) and they didn't put in in the check. They said "Sorry, I already charged you. We'll add it next time".

Also, I told the guy (who sadly seemed to be the manager) to add 10% for tip. It was 15.900 OMR. He had the nerve to double it.

There will never again be a next time. Please...

We went to the mall of Oman to shop and decided to try Golocious which is located in front of Snow Oman. The ambiance of the restaurant was amazing with a very chick decoration. The staff was very attentive and the manager Gerard is very approachable and kind. The food was amazing we tried the Golocious and the Dynamite burgers. We can say these are the best burgers we have tried in Oman so far after living here for 4 years. The restaurant has also a great selection of ice creams which helped made the entire meal perfect.
