Carlos is the man!!! He assisted us on the terrace and was extremely attentive, patient, personable, and knowledgeable both of the restaurant and things to do in Panama.

We did a ton of appetizers which were all pretty tasty. I found the honey hot wings to be a little salty but my family enjoyed them so maybe it was just my taste. But the salmon bites with the Wasabi Aioli was out of this world! The drinks were light and refreshing. The type the sneak up on you because you've had 8 lol.

The vibe was cool and while the terrace is between two buildings, the decor is to notch. There is also high top area at the end of the terrace which looks out into the water which is beautiful.

As for prices, it could seem a tad pricey if you tried other Panamanian restaurants and then came here, specifically regarding the entrees. However, if you're coming from a big city such as myself, for the atmosphere and service alone, drink prices especially are comparable if not cheaper. It could also be because it's an American type restaurant chain. However, staff and of course the location, definitely added their own flare!

Overall: A must try! Food, vibe and location check all the boxes! My girls wanted to go again before leaving they loved it so much....

My friends and I ordered the nachos, fried chicken, chili glazed salmon, and ceviche Blue Moon style. The chili glazed salmon is superb, very flavorful and beautifully medium rare! The ceviche comes with fried plantain slices; the fish is very fresh, the flavor is nice and well-balanced; the microgreen adds another pleasant layer of texture and flavor. The fried chicken is just fried chicken, nothing impressive. Avoid the nachos! It most likely is not what you think how it should be. BTW, it's a Blue Moon tap house, not just a tap house; meaning they only have Blue Moon, Coor, etc. when it comes to bears. Beautiful ambiance. Simply the worst service I have encountered in Panama City - which typically is known for warm friendly service. We booked a reservation for the terrace and from the moment we arrived, although we were some of the only customers in the entire restaurant, we were simply ignored by the staff, who sat around on their phones. For example when they brought out food they walked away quickly before we could point out there were no silverware of napkins, which I had to get up to get myself from a cart near the bar. I discussed my concerns about the service with the server after the meal and he was indifferent.
