Starbucks - MarQuee Mall — Restaurant in Angeles

Here’s what happened, We walked in on the way to our taxi. We ordered 2 coffees. Then I saw a cute Starbucks plastic cup on the counter near the pos. I asked for one to buy but the big one. The cashier told me it’s 175p but it’s the small size. I asked why when it clearly says on the display the opposite. This triggered a bunch of nonsense from her. I asked for a manager. Jan Gopez, aka manager came out and said it’s an old display I shouldn’t pay attention to it …… this is Starbucks…. Non a mom and pop cafe place. They make sure all is updated…. He tried to show me the old price in the Starbucks guide manual book - couldn’t find anything …. I told him they r lying to me and to the customers!!! That’s wrong. They already had charge me up I asked for a refund to cancel he gave me a look like - for real for 50p u wanna refund, that’s the diff). I told him it’s not about the money. It’s about the principle of lying to ur clients !!! I will send an email to their headquarters in Manila and worldwide.

This is not a review of Starbucks, but a review of this branch. Ordered a latte via Grab. When I received it, it was unusually hot. Too hot to even hold the cup. It smelled bad. I took a couple sips, and it had a flavor of old burned coffee. There was a shiny oil slick floating in the middle, and it already started to form a "skin".
