After passing through the mid-century Narra Door, i felt instantly that my usual busy world changed. The vigan tiles, the mid-century narra doors, the chandeliers, the baul , the kundiman music and the rest of the stuff inside this place complemented to give a very Filipino ambiance. Just ate here today, not sure if dahil gabe na and sunday. Marami ng wala sa choices daw kase nagevent tapos gabe ng sunday - okay lang naman samen.

Food is so-so, not worthy na balikan. Again not sure baka dahil gabe na pero ung inorder namen na chicken plate ung may rice was served cold pati rice- I mean kung niheat man lang nila sa microwave baka di pa namen mahalata na di na bagong luto pero no-no talaga pag hindi mainit un sineserve.

Masarap ung pancit canton. Ung shrimp-pork lumpia, siguro sa iba masarap pero ung shrimp na ginamit eh alam mo ung lasang dried hibi, ganun. Okay sana kung shrimp tlaga ginamit.

Chicken sandwhich matagal naiserve tinakeout na lang namen pero hindi rin masarap para samen, grilled xa pero may something. Basta All I can say is para samen ung mga inorder namen na yan is not worth the price except sa pansit. Again baka pagod na ung nagluluto kase nagkaevent sila pero aun nga kung nagsuffer na quality ng food dahil jan might as well magsara na lang sila ng maaga? Oh well speculation lang naman saken hehe pero ayun nga not a good first impression samen.

Maganda naman ambiance and friendly un staff, ung food lang talaga probably ung choice ng food namen and ung iba nilang food masarap? Anyway aun nga dun sa resto, please dont serve cold plates, kase ung price nio ay nasa mid range so di xa mura so sana dapat quality naman ung food.

Ung pamilya naman nagtatry talaga ng mga resto or kainan around batangas city as family bonding na namen every weekends. So fail talaga ito sadly sa first impression namen. Buti na lang...

We waited 40 minutes, did not warn us about the waiting time. They gave out the food incrementally after waiting for so long. The shrimp in the sinigang was NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY, there were very little vegetables as well. When we cut into the rellenong bangus, it was COLD maybe even frozen still.
