Service is terrible. We could see the food was there but it was not delivered and yet, the whole time, the employees were only chatting amongst themselves. Greenwich downtown. This is my second time here. The staff are not friendly, and the cashier has an attitude. Haha. The staff are always hiding—you have to keep looking for them because they’re not attentive. Even though it’s a fast food place, there should still be staff around in case customers need something. Not the first time to encounter this. I have eaten here for dine in and getting serve with the food takes forever. If you are in a rush or hungry, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. Today, I placed order 30mins and according to food panda, food will be ready at 4:48. At 5:03, food is not yet ready...
