Overall the food, service and atmosphere were great. Just some appetizers in my opinion felt lackluster in light of the price point. We ordered the platter A and B which saved us around 1000 pesos and added jamon air baguette for appetizer. The paellas were both good with the flavor being unique as compared to other paellas I have tasted. They were both very flavorful and you really taste what is unique in these paellas. Both were moist and soft with a mix of crunch from the rice at the bottom of the pan. For the appetizers, most tasted as expected of the dishes. The croquettes tasted as expected of a croquette and were delicious. For the price point though, it makes me think twice of ordering it again. The wagyu croquette was the worst one of the croquettes and I would not recommend ordering it. The callos felt like the usual callos, but in terms of the amount of oxtail and the quality of the chorizo, it was a great dish as an appetizer even without rice. The fried squid was good as it was salty and it just satisfies that salty craving for me. The air baguette was also delicious. It was a new experience for me as the "baguette" is like a thin layer of crispy crust with filling inside of it. So it was a great experience of taste and feel. I would recommend trying this at least once even considering the price of this. Service is also to be praised in this restaurant with all the servers friendly and very alert. They would refill our water automatically if it was low and would take the plates as they were emptied. Really a great experience because of the great service as well. Atmosphere is great too, with the place being a nice place to eat with friends.

I have been there multiple times as i live next door, i usually do not complaint or live reviews but let's try to be helpful. - Good • The Service is really good, attentive, experienced, nice. • The Restaurant in itself is very enjoyable, well decorated, homely feel to it. (Only reason why i come back) - Bad • Food is a disaster: From the Pork crackling free snack, even tho homemade, is soggy, fatty and old. You need to get the skin, remove excess of fat on it, dry it, then deep fried it. Not sure how you can ruin that especially in the Philippines. Next is Emmental cheese board. Served with literally two pieces of crackers.. So you ask for bread. Bread takes 10 min to come, and its obviously freshly defrosted, and put under the Salamander. Ultra dry, rock solid, inedible. Then we had Huevos parma, i mean its 2 fried eggs on top of old fries and some slice ham. No point adding anything here. Last dish, which is what led me to review this place, was the Lamb Rack. Oh boy that was a disaster. Ordered it instantly with wine as i know it would take time. Indeed it did, 45min. It was absolutely awful and its my favorite meat normally. I would bet that they Vac pac it, Sous vide it, then freeze it. When they have an order, they take it out of freezer, put it straight into the sous vide again, then Sear it. Results= Absolutely over cooked, dry, fibery, zero flavor to it. This is suppose to be medium rare. That was like a dry casserole meat. To top it off Parsnip crisp where soggy too, standing on top of oven or in a cupboard since a week minimum i would say. So yeah, not gonna ever come again, unless for a gin tonic, which is a shame as this restaurant could be amazing. Just get rid of your Head chef please, (again) and find someone that can curate the menu and do fresh, good and simple stuff.

Convenient location, easily accessible with reasonable decor Good we had a reservation as post eight p.m it filled up fast and we were already ensconced in the air conditioned dining area. Others had to make do with the outside open patio, which has its own charm but no airconditioning The music was a little overloud, a request to the smiling hostess and voila ! Instantly made very bearable The service was impeccable. The smiles came naturally and lifted me out of my weariness. After all day traipsing around Manila The food was divine. The drinks superb, do try the Berry Gin. Served in nice big goblets and it was a buy one get one free offer. With peppercorns in it, that was a first for me The appetizers were great. I only wish quantities had been greater and prices slightly more reasonable it was $$$ If not afraid to spend... enjoy

Paella Marisco was dry. Burnt part of paella is usually the best but here it was likely overcooked hence dry. Imagine eating a spoonful or popcorn kernels that didnt pop Wagyu croquettes were served cold inside. Opened 1 out of 4 and asked waiter to replace the dish. They took the 3 and returned it back warm. Made me eat a cold croquette. Nothing special, essentially a sheperds pie croquette Fried baby squid was ok though not spectacular. Gambas was very good and the sauce/oil very tasty. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately date night was a miss.

Good place to satisfy Spanish food cravings. Obviously, paella takes time to cook (30-40 minutes) so best to order appetizers especially if already hungry. Best ones we got were carpaccio de ternera (beef carpaccio with sundried tomato dressing and truffle cream) and wagyu bombas. Gambas al ajillo was just okay. Tried paella setas (mushroom truffle aioli) -- although it was delicious, it lacked that truffle flavor and could barely taste this even with the cream. Avoid dining in their al fresco area because there were a lot of flies in the 2x we sat there.

Honestly, we didn’t like the Montanya Paella. It was not that good. Should’ve tried something else. Paella Negra was almost good, just too salty. The Croquetas Jamon is my fave I think. Just love it. The Chipironea Andaluza was almost good too, just that it was too oily. I forgot the rest of our orders but these are what I remember the most. All in all it was a good experience. The food just gives too much flavor it becomes satiating. Service was so good. We forgot to get the name of the male server. He was so hands on. Thanks!
