The service took so long and my special reviews with this restaurant is THE CREW THAT TOOK OUR ORDERS IS SO UNPROFFESIONAL! I was excited about the Fun, Family theme but was immediately disappointed when they told me they don't have anymore dough for regular size pizza. This means they order frozen dough shells! My pizza was super greasy and the service was horrendous. Not just our table but I noticed all other patrons were throwing up their hands to get server attention. IDK why the servers act so busy when the restaurant is not anywhere close to full. They would bring items to the table and not even say anything or address you with a glance. Yesterday, Monday, afternoon after a grueling episode of applying for a new passport in DFA SM Manila, we went straight to your store very hungry and tired.. we were immediately given attention by a staff who introduced himself as RAF VILLENA.. he is a terrific guy who knew what and why he is there for.. we and my family highly appreciated his very friendly and level-up service!
