I saw Samgy Garden on TikTok. It has really a nice concept - samgyupsal with a view. Most Korean BBQ restaurants are air-conditioned but this one has an al fresco setting which is nice because we don't have to worry about the smoke odor sticking in our clothes and hair after grubbing on some BBQ. They've been open for a week and initially, one has to book a reservation 2 days prior the actual dine in. So my friend and I thought that we won't be able walk-in but good thing we checked their IG page and they do accept walk-ins now on Mondays to Thursdays from 11am to 2:30pm. But be prepared to wait for 30 mins to an hour depending on the queue. They have unlimited samgyupsal and shabu shabu. Option 1 for 599 all meat with side dishes like fish cakes, japchae, kimchi, candied sweet potato and sticky rice wrapped in seaweed, I don't know the name lol. Option 3 for 849 with All meat + Seafood and Wagyu. We tried option 2 which is all meat with shrimps and scallops for 699. All has unlimited iced tea. I love their presentation of the meat. It feels so premium. They put it in a wooden board. Their griller is also a lot better compared to other places because the heat is evenly distributed on the plate and they have spaces around it for butter, egg and cheese. I love that the butter and cheese is constantly heated for easy dipping. Their cheese has a right balance of sweetness and saltiness. Their pork and beef are sliced nicely, not too thick, not too thin and it tastes clean. No porky/ ironish after taste. They have the regular meats with no seasoning and one which is marinated. If you're not gonna eat rice or wrap your meat in a lettuce, it's better to order the meat with no seasoning because the marinated one is so tasty and eating too much of it makes you feel "umay" and you'll end up not wanting to eat more of it. They only have 2 dipping sauces, the oil based one and the bean paste. I'm glad that we're seated near the balcony overlooking the Manila Bay. We came at 1pm and it would've been too hot if it's not cloudy that day but it's fine because the food, the view, the fast service and the very accommodating staff would make you want to come back for more. Their staff will even cook for you and they would even go to your table and ask you if you need anything. I never had that experience. I hope it's not just their way of redeeming themselves after so many bashings from social media. That itself would make the customer dine in again. I can't wait to book a reservation around sunset time and try their unlimited shabu shabu. It's a perfect place catch up with friends over a good Korean BBQ or to take your SO for a romantic date. Grab a melona ice cream for a sweet end to your day. 💯🥰🥓🥩🫕

I will give it a five because all were attentive during the celebration of my father’s 70th birthday. We were 50 pax. Food was good. Unli meat and seafood FTW! Shrimps were just small, but it was unli, so it was okay. Meat was tender. They asked if we wanted the plain one or marinated. Don’t forget to order calamares, tempura and chicken wings. Enjoyed the scallops. They even offered to cook for us. What I did not like: 1. The reservation system is not good. I got a confirmation for 50 pax. But I messaged twice at their number poster at Instagram three days before the scheduled event. There was not answer. I had a feeling that somehow, our reservation will not go through. Good thing I saw their IG post about celebrating events at their restaurant. A different number was posted. I caller immediately. It was a day before the event. Guess what? Our reservation for 50 wasn’t captured by their system when I got a confirmaton. The one I spoke too at first was a little irritated probably because I got off very upset. I mean who wouldn’t be? I booked last Feb 6. It was March 3. Where can I find a venue or restaurant that can book 50 pax? Anyway, everything was sorted out. We got out booking but I learned we were situated in the walk-in area. Buti na lang they reserved it right away. I could have given a low rating but the staff was very attentive and helpful. My dad was happy too and all the guests enjoyed. 2. No service water so no choice but to order drinks. First time to encounter such. I want to come back and enjoy more the view. Good to book when it’s not sunny. Worth it naman ang price nila.

For the food, the sausage is unnecessary hope they will make it optional so it won't turn into waste. The meat is too thin but their moksal/pork belly is ok. Hope they'll make the ssamjang sauce a bit on the sweet side and the sesame oil is not that tasty (hope it was the legit one). The iced tea is not that tasty, taste like something is missing. Hope they would change it to red iced tea lol. I expected too much on the wagyu cubes, taste like spam :( i won't order that again but at least i've tried it for once hehe. The place is nice but it will be better if there's still a smoke pipe since it is an open area, the fire tend to get stronger. Hope they'll serve the customer much better, as they don't give everything completely as you dine.

Food: It was alright, Price is a bit too high especially drinks are not included and 8% service fee will be charged on the bill. One of the menu was not included at the time I arrived. I expected more out of the restaurant since the bill is pretty pricey but neither the less we were still satisfied throughout the dinner. Service: Upon being seated you are given a limited time in the restaurant which is 2 (two) hours. We felt a need to rush to fully satisfy ourselves within the time period. We also experienced a slow service throughout our dinner which made our time in the restaurant less than it already was. I hope the service can improve next time we visit! Atmosphere: Place is very nice especially it's next to the ocean.

Disappointed! If you dnt want to waste your money don’t even think to dine here! We are group of 4 who dine here, side dishes is served for one person only, you need pa to asked them to give you, while you pay for 4 person! Then yong isang babae we asked her for the the side dish she told us na wala na kc cut off na cla..Which is we find it unfair kc dapat from the beginning they will let you know about it.(take note they’re still accepting customers despite of shortage of side dish not only one but 2 or more )At napaka unprofessional nlang kumilos at bawal at ngumiti.. one of the guy pa while taking up the plates natapunan nya ung anak ko ng water d man lng ng sorry! 😡change your name to Samgy Garbage!

Samgyupsal place inside Seascape village. Walk-ins are entertained at the right side area while customers with reservation are at the left area coming from the front entrance of this complex. Staffs are attentive upon our arrival. You can choose between samgyupsal and shabu-shabu for the unlimited offer but a table cannot have both unless you order it ala carte. There is a 1.5 hour time limit but I guess they are just strict on that if there are waiting customers. Each table has a stove-type setup and be warned that there is an 8% service charge. For me, there is nothing special on the pork nor beef but the seafood was fresh and the Manila bay view is superb.
