Review from June 2019: I think this is my second review of this place and I previously rated this restaurant 1 star (I would give 0.5). But nothing has changed since then, either the staff are deaf or they just don't want to listen, I repeated 5 times what I wanted and the waitress, Kate, kept going over and over again about their upgrade, WTH I already said my order these people should learn how to take orders and quit selling what the customer doesn't like. This is really one if the most annoying places to eat. Lucky them there aren't much choices for quick affordable places to eat here at Capitol Commons. They take forever to prepare your meal and they are unnecessarily rushed. I know you get what you pay for but they really hit rock bottom when it comes to service quality. Food is good for the money. Visited Savory in Capitol Commons for a quick dinner. They offer plenty of Filipino and Chinese classic dishes that are very familiar with Filipino taste buds. A lot of their menu items do cater to big servings for sharing amongst bigger groups but don’t fret as they also have a la carte meals meant for one but can definitely feed 2. Do not that most a la carte orders do not come with rice and has to be ordered separately. The food we had tasted as we anticipated which is a positive. They were served hot and fresh from the kitchen. Just want to note as well that Savory was doing inventory or clean-up during operating hours so the place was a bit messy.
