Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

I just wanna share my very bad experience in this restaurant. My son graduated choose to celebrate in this restaurant, honestly that was my first time to eat in shakey’s and I think this is the last time to visit in that restaurant 99% of the staff is very bad service there was discrimination happened to me and my family, because why?? We dressed simply, We are not rich, we are not poor either. I work in Dubai as a sales supervisor in a big company, I earn over 100k per month but I prefer to be simple and humane, Just like I do with my work abroad, equally poor or rich, but at this restaurant we were treated as if we couldn't afford to pay for our food, We waited for a long time, but when we needed something, we were ignored, They finished helping those who were late in the queue earlier than we did Why? Because the last ones in line look rich. Even when we were paying, we still waited a long time even though we had called the staff several times, I will never go back to Shakeys SM Sta Rosa because my family and I experienced so much discrimination there. We ordered here after shopping in SM yesterday and the staff was really nice and friendly. The one thing I really liked was that they offered us a Shakeys card that saved us a huge amount plus we got a freebie on that day, they explained the benefits thoroughly so we agreed on getting one. We live a bit far from the store but the food was still warm when we got home. The only thing that I noticed that they can maybe improve on, is a sitting availability for takeaway customers, since there was none available at the store. And we went after shopping so we had a lot of baggage to hold and had to wait for a bit of a time for our orders (fair enough that it was a big order) but offering a chair/table to wait in would’ve really help 😊. I like how we are right away given a table pagkarating and given an ample of time to decide what to order. Paying option is also good!! Very accessible for debit/credit card holders. Superb experience with the food. Halatang di recycled or day-old ang sinerve sa amin even my Senior citizen mother loved her meal. Malinis ang paligid and oriented ang customer regarding waiting time and they served the food early than the provided time. A little improvement lang siguro ang need by means of training staff for a customer service training specifically on how staff would present themselves sa customers (avoid the tendency to frown) medyo nakaka-misunderstood lang kasi yun.
