I received a bad service from one of your crew last night August 19, 2024. 1900H.
After more than half an hour of waiting for our take out order. I decided to follow up my order. Take note I was standing in front of the crew. Not bothering them not saying anything for half an hour:
Me: I want to follow up my order. Then Presenting/handed over my receipt at the counter in front of the male staff:
Male crew: Just looked at the receipt that I slide slowly to show him:
(Decide to ignored me)
Me: I followed up my order again in a much louder voice maybe 2nd time he will notice and pay attention. And this was his response:
Male crew. Wait mam busy din ako! (in much louder voice)
He disrespected me in front of my son.
Wow! Masama na pala istorbohin ang crew nyo pag busy. After half an hour of waiting sa in order ko na food at unang attempt ko na mag follow up.
Wala slang copy ng order.they need to borrow my receipt. And the manager need to retrieve the receipt number and type it on POS to see what’s my order. ( hindi nila mabasa yung resibo kasi yung printer is not working properly)
Kung Hindi ako nag follow up ng order ko baka nag close na ang Mall hindi pa din namen nakukuha yung food.

As you can see, I ordered Large fries and so on, but what's in the picture doesn't seem like a Large size to me. Actually, before taking it, I was hesitant to return it but asked if it was for a large size, and the dispatch (girl) and the manager (girl) said yes, it was for large. Disappointed! The long line is understandable because it's Father's Day and weekends, but having staff like that, I don't think so. I waited in line and waited a long time for the food, and this is the experience I get.
Also, please address the customer service issue with the manager who was cashiering at the time. She continuously asked for items from the Back of House while at the counter and never apologized or informed us of delays. It was frustrating, especially given the long wait in line and for...
Read moreI was impressed with my recent visit to this place. The manager was training a new crew and was very hands-on, making sure everything was spotless. Even the delivery guy pitched in to keep the store clean when he got back from a delivery.
What really stood out to me, though, was seeing senior citizens as part of the crew. Kudos to the management for that initiative!
The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. My only minor complaint is that the rice serving sizes seemed a bit inconsistent.
But overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much this place didn't feel like your typical fast...
