PO CO / Post Coffice — Restaurant in Bydgoszcz

This small coffee shop is truly lovely. It's quite hidden, but once you step inside the atmosphere is so nice—the space is filled with plants and the music was great during my stay. I had a latte with oat milk and it was very well-made, and the barista got rid of the very first cup she made because she wasn't satisfied with how it had come out due to the way the coffee had been ground. I found it a great sign of quality coffee and great service. The banana cake with toffee was also absolutely delicious, and the barista was extremely nice and welcoming. What a gem! I happened upon this lovely coffee shop while walking around Bydgoszcz. I had a cappuccino and a blackberry muffin. Both were delicious! I asked for some sugar, and the barista suggested I try it first. She was right! So delicious, no sugar needed, and the blackberry muffin was yummy, not too sweet. The staff was the owner’s mom, and she was delightful! She provided restaurant recommendations and treated me like a friend. Highly recommend...

Came here yesterday morning after 8 and it was still closed (in contradiction to displayed working hours). I tried again the same day in the evening and this time it was opened.
