This may be controversial, but I prefer Farina to Ostro. Don’t get me wrong, I like Ostro, too, but there are a couple of reasons why Farina wins with me. First, the pizza. It’s so hard to do a thin crust that is not soggy in the middle. I thought that the burrata pizza with a large dollop of moist mozzarella in the middle would surely require a knife and fork (or even a spoon), but magically it held together for eating with my hands. Only oil , which is how it should be ... respectfully. I know many Polish people love to put sos czosnkowy and ketchup, but it is the same as putting pineapple on pizza .. it just doesn't belong....
