Great food, bad service… as if they didn’t want to let us in…I showed the confirmation text & email for our reservation… the lady came back out two times unlocking the door & opening it just enough to stick her face out… after asking my name she let us in after five minutes… strange since there were lots of free seats.

Anyway we got rice wine, it was yummy. Vegetable dumplings, they were super tasty… and I got tofu jorim… it was good, it had so much tofu in it, that was perfectly cooked… the soup like sauce was bursting with flavour, sweet chilli & a crazy amount of onion & garlic lol don’t eat this if you plan to kiss someone after. I didn’t take a pic of it because I ate it immediately.

We asked for the bill 3 times… each time the staff were just standing in a group chatting. When we finally got the bill it was another ordeal trying to actually pay it lol they kept pretending not to see us. Then when we left none of the staff even said goodbye… I said boa noite to one lady & she begrudgingly said it back… did everyone here wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Lol. Interested to try the one in Lisbon, maybe it has...

I had some Yums on TheFork and booked this restaurant.

Let me start by saying: there was only one waiter who was doing everything –

serving tables

making drinks

and handling the cashier

It was a Wednesday evening and the place was already full – I can't imagine what it's like on weekends. Honestly, it's unacceptable. He clearly couldn’t keep up.

We walked in, and he didn’t greet us, didn’t ask anything. I had to say "Good evening" myself and let him know I had a reservation through TheFork.

Still, that’s no excuse for the waiter to sigh in my face just because we hadn’t decided what to order yet. Completely unprofessional.

On top of that, he didn’t bring us plates after serving the meat for grilling. We had to ring the bell to call him, but of course, he had way too many tables to manage.

I understand being tired or overwhelmed, but what about professionalism?

Aside from that, the food was good – but we won’t be...

I don’t usually write reviews, but it’s crucial for me to write this one. DO NOT COME to this restaurant if you’re looking for real, authentic Korean food.

There were no usual side dishes, and the kimchi was the salty to the point where I wolfed down a bowl of rice to salvage what was left of my tastebuds.

I ordered the marinated pork for the grill, and it was a waste of meat just drowning in soy sauce. I also ordered various beef parts to grill, and it was tasteless. Poor quality meat.

The most frustrating part was the diabolical quality of service. The waitresses were constantly on their phones and paid no attention to our needs. And when we raised our concerns, we received bad attitude and ignorance in return.

I spent REAL money to receive FAKE food. Don’t waste your money, and instead enjoy authentic Portuguese restaurants in...

Finally! A korean restaurant in Almada!❤️ We liked the food. It was delicious. Here are the dishes that we had: Yachae-Jeon, Sotteok, Galbi-Jjim, and Bulgogi Kimbab. For our desserts we had Ho-tteok and Bung-eoppang. Their drinks were really good as well, had to try the korean drinks of course. So we had 1 korean beer Cass, and Demisoda in apple flavour. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
