Very good Indian restaurant and very good service. I’d say the food is comparable to Indian restaurants I’ve been to and will return to again. The service was better than almost any restaurant I’ve been to in ages. Our server checked on us twice to see how the food was, not counting an additional time in between when he asked if he could top our wine off. Server advised me that the dish I was ordering might be too spicy for me and suggested something else. My friends and I ate here because this place is highly rated. My experience was that the server refused to bring a specific side dish with the appetizers when I requested it. He flat out said no.

When the main courses arrived, the butter chicken, lamb korma and another creamy sauce dish were all extremely sweet. Much sweeter than you'd expect. It was odd. If you order butter chicken I suggest asking them to make it without the extra sugar.

First of all thank you so much to staff. He explained the taste of the dish and asked us if we want to change anything and it was very helpful as we like our curry spicy not in sweet sauce. He made sure food was exactly the way we wanted so thank you very much. We stayed in portimao for 5 days and had food at this place 3 times.
