We only ordered 3 types of pizza, and 1 was wrong. It wasn't what we ordered. We wanted pesto, and they heard pastrami. In all cases, there should be clarification before taking the order. My cousin is a native Arab speaking English, and the waiter is a native philipino speaking English, so these things happen, but to avoid them, the waiter needs to check that he understood what was meant. I guess that goes both ways, we should've made sure they understood. Otherwise, the service is so kind and helpful. I also didn't like the pizza sauce at all. I think if we stuck with more traditional manaqeesh, we would have had a better food experience. The pizza sauce is NOT on point at all. I can come in and help fix it if the place wants. Veeery bad experience The pomegranate juice in the menu is fresh but when it came it was syrup and i confronted the waitress with that and she said no we make it like that. We ordered kofta pan it was garbage, the pan has 4 small pieces of meat and the rest of the pan was full of tomatoes, potatoes and so much onion!! We also ordered chicken pan, the chicken taste was terrible and not seasoned at all. We asked for lemon, they only brought a small piece like a quarter of a lemon and we were 4 people, and they brought the small piece on a medium size plate it was so odd and took a lot of space on the table, we asked for lemon again, they brought the same! Worst restaurant in terms of service. Last time we visited we waited for about one hour and half of the order wasn't served yet. They brought main dishes, then after a long time they served the appetisers, and some of the dishes weren't served at all. The food was served without spoons and we kept asking many times for spoons until the food became cold.

Now in Ramadan I wanted to give them a second chance because I liked their fettah. I called to ask and they said they open exactly at the iftar time and when I come I order my food and wait for it to be ready. I asked them if I can order my food on phone so that you start preparing and serve exactly and the iftar time but they said no! They suggest coming at 6 and having iftar after 1...
