My recent visit to Daily Edition has left me perplexed about what the venue truly aims to represent. With its two-floor layout, it felt like an attempt to offer a versatile dining experience, but the execution left much to be desired.
Starting with the food, I must say that the quality was decent, and food presentation is supber. Service, on the other hand, was not bad, the service team looks tiered and badly needed training and motivation.
One major drawback was the air quality. The atmosphere felt heavy and stale, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Also, the venue is invisted with Mosquitoes.
The seating arrangements is another downside. The chairs and tables were outdated, with noticeable scratches and stains that gave a somewhat neglected impression. Comfort is key when dining out, and the worn-out furnishings made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal.
The restaurant identity felt muddled—perhaps it strived for a trendy, casual vibe, but the contradictions in decor, service, and overall comfort made it feel more like a past-its-prime diner. I left feeling disappointed rather than refreshed or satisfied.
In conclusion, while the food quality is commendable and service is somewhat adequate, the uninviting ambiance, unhealthy air quality, uncomfortable seating, and outdated décor create a disappointed experience and ultimately overshadows any positives. I hope the management considers addressing these crucial elements; there’s real potential here, but currently, it feels lost...

I recently had the chance to try out The Best Pancake and Ramen Restaurant in Jeddah, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a delightful dining experience.
The real highlight for me was the ramen. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, and the noodles had just the right amount of bite. I opted for the chicken shoyu ramen, which was absolutely delicious. The tender charsiu chicken, along with the aji-tsuke tamago and enoki tempura, made for a wonderfully balanced and satisfying meal.
But the restaurant didn't disappoint when it came to their pancakes either. The fluffy, perfectly cooked pancakes were a real treat, and the variety of toppings and syrups allowed me to customize my order exactly to my liking.
The service throughout my visit was excellent - the staff were attentive, friendly, and happy to provide recommendations. And the prices were very reasonable, making this a great option for a casual yet indulgent meal.
Overall, I highly recommend The Best Pancake and Ramen Restaurant to anyone visiting Jeddah. Whether you're in the mood for some stellar ramen or craving delicious pancakes, this place has you covered. It's a must-try...

Favorites: Aussie Benedict - poached eggs, braised veal, caramelized onions, brown butter with baby spinach all topped on an English muffin - delicious 10/10
Chicken Waffle - homemade waffle with a fried egg with your preferred cook and in between a crispy Nashville chicken and side of spiced maple. Ask them for their hoke made sauces and Chilli sauce and let your taste buds be bedazzled in the morning.
Fill-Rueben - this sourdough corned beef sandwich with provolone cheese and honey-dijom aioli comes to life from the first bite reminiscent of a cold evening in Montreal. It's worth it to have it all to yourself but also works to share it if you plan to explore their other delightful options
