I recently visited Burger Haven and had a mixed experience. The food, unfortunately, fell below my expectations, earning a 3-star rating. The burger, while decent, lacked the flavorful punch I was hoping for. The patty was somewhat dry, and the toppings, though fresh, didn’t quite make up for the lack of seasoning.

The atmosphere at Burger Haven also received a 3-star rating. The restaurant was clean and organized, but the overall ambiance was fairly bland. The decor was simple and didn’t create a particularly inviting or unique dining environment. Additionally, the noise level was moderate, making it a bit challenging to have a relaxed conversation.

On a positive note, the service at Burger Haven was commendable, earning a 4-star rating. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. My order was taken and delivered efficiently, which added to the overall positive experience.

In summary, while Burger Haven offers decent service, the food and atmosphere leave room for improvement. It’s a place I might visit again, but with tempered...

The marketing hype finally to the test, is it worth it? From the # of stars i was asked to give by the guy who finally handed me my order, yes. Value for money - SR 16 for a double patty with cheese lettuce and tomato and SR 24 for a meal with large fries and drink is certainly on the low to mid range (depending on who you compare it to). Simplicity - it's both a positive and a negative (if you are looking for customizations then look elsewhere) Service - although at this branch, the line was a 6 - 10 cars wait, it moved relatively fast (we were in i.e. drive thru and out within 10-12 min).

Now here are some things that didn't work for me (personal choices here) Fried chicken was stringy, the chicken compared to the rest of the flock was certainly not as appetizing to be reordered) Fries were lacking salt and a little over done (extra crispy and broken bits).

I'd certainly would come back for a quick burger as long as the waits not too bad otherwise, I'd be one of those people that wouldn't bother getting in the que if it's going to take longer than 10 min.

Well obviously I saw the SIGN 😅 located just after Al Abeer medical center in Bawadi. It’s less crowded comparing to the first branch in Prince Sultan. The concept was all Pink- and the restaurant was simply aesthetically designed from inside out. We had the beef meal and spicy chicken meal- comes with a large size drink of your choice and home made fries. The service is fast and no long waiting line. All meals are priced at 24sr which is totally acceptable and worth it. The beef meal was served with 2 beef Patties. The taste is very similar to the famous Macdo Beef burgers ( another good thing for those boycotting Macdo - this is a great alternative 😎). The spicy chicken meal didn’t disappoint me at all.
