So excited to check this place out and we tried 🌟沙爹牛肉公仔面Satay Sliced Beef Noodles ($6.50) The sliced beef was tender and marinated well with Sha Cha sauce. (HK style satay beef noodles doesn’t comes with peanut sauce but Sha Cha sauce) Definitely a satisfying comfort food that I miss. 🌟五香肉丁公仔面Spiced Pork Cube Noodles ($6.50) 🌟叉燒通粉Char Siu Macaroni ($6.50) All noodles and rice set meal comes with a side with the choice of Fried Egg, Scrambled Egg, Luncheon Meat, Ham or Hash Brown. 🌟咖喱魚蛋Curry Fish Ball ($4) 🌟西多士French Toast ($3.50) Very authentic HK style French Toast with thick and creamy peanut butter. 🌟紅豆冰Red Bean with Ice ($3) Very milky and doesn’t really mixed well with red bean. . I also love the vibes with Cantonese song playing feel like I’m in HK. I will definitely come back to try their Black Pepper Pork Chop Rice. They might not be the most fantastic HK Cha Chaan Teng but they satisfied and fixed my craving. . Overall 7/10.

Went last week. The lady owner is very friendly and nice. Overall taste are too salty and too much garlic. Will return in another 3 months and hope that their quality can live up to the HK ambience. It will be a waste if they cannot improve the food quality and have the consistency. Consistency is important for the survival of any F&B Will recommend to include milk tea and coffee in your menu. Be more organized. Queueing time : 3/5. Expect a 20-40min waiting time during peak. I went slightly close to 1pm but still need to wait for a good 25min. Ambience : 5/5. Like the renovation. Gave you the HK feel but 1/5 for the “closeness” and bearing in mind that we are in a critical period. Waiting Time: 1/5. the curry fish ball was served first. Then a good 15mins for the 2nd dish and another 20mins for the 3rd dish, satay beef noodle. Apparently, they overlooked the 3rd dish and served other tables who came later than us. Food Quality: 1/5. 1) Curry Fish Ball - Too much garlic. You can see from the photos that there are a lot of garlic. 2) Chicken Chop rice with onion sauce - Too much garlic in the sauce. 3) Satay Beef noodle - too salty. 4) French toast - The best among the rest. 5) Ovaltine - Taste like Milo. Service : 2/5. Friendly but in a mess. You had forgetting to serve the toast despite one reminder. We left since it was a long wait.

Came here after a random search online for what/where to eat in the area. Parking is easily found either on the street outside the building where the cafe is located or, basement (paid) parking is available. We parked along the street. When we arrived, the store probably just re-opened for the dinner crowd (~6pm?) so, we got seats quickly. One thing I noted about the place was, it was small, deco was similar to what you would find in HK restaurants, there was also Cantonese music playing in the background. One thing missing from what you would definitely encounter in HK is, rude, loud staff. Select your order and make your order+payment at the counter/cashier. Per online reviews, we ordered the curry fishballs, chicken chop noodles and, a peanut butter French toast. Thankful I did not add a beef brisket order. I might throw up eating that much. Total bill came up to S$17.50. Pricey? While there was much rave about the curry fishballs, I found them to be so-so. In fact, maybe a waste of my $ and calories. The chicken chop on its own was salty, best eaten with the noodles. Best take-away I got from here was, the peanut butter French toast. Tasty and well toasted. Another thing I liked about the place? The vibe it gave me. I felt comfortable. Nice for a gathering with friends.

Love the HK style decor but food is so-so with long wait time, despite little customers in store. I patronised the shop before they were popular with long queues seen outside. We ordered the set that came with butter toasts which was warm and good. The red bean milk was more milk than anything and doesn't really blend well with the red bean, nothing to rave about. It was puzzling why my ginger red date drink was served not filled to the brim, very obvious its not filled and quite unsightly... Also noticed another table getting served drinks that were not filled to the top. We had the satay beef maggi and it was quite lacking taste and considered pretty expensive given the type/quality of ingredients used along with the maggi. The pepper pork chop rice was quite reminiscent of the food served at my secondary school canteen stall - sauce might be too peppery for some but the meat was tender. We also decided to give their french toast a go and it was pretty good but matched with peanut butter which was not what we expected (probably HK style). Overall a 6/10 for us as food and drinks were nothing fantastic and they took a long time to arrive (even though there was only 1 table waiting before us). Milk tea which is a must is also not yet on the menu.

Went early after their opening time. The place is already pretty crowded lucky to get a table. A wide range of choices available. Their polo bun with butter is pretty yummy. Take note that their butter comes with additional charge. The foc milk n butter toast is so yummy! The maggi noodles and macaroni soup are pretty average. The tomatoes soup is hearty and thick. Beef slices are juicy but some of them are hard to chew. Curry fish ball is too mushy and doesn’t taste like those from HK, maybe it’s their own recipe. Preserved eggs is yummy too, not spicy except if you eat those chili padi. Its mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil and sichuan peppercorn oil, some garlic bits. The best of all is the original milk tea! Strong tea taste and smooth milk. And the prices are pretty reasonable. The cafe is also quite warm, I guess is the open kitchen that doesn’t keep the cool air at the dining area. Come by if you’re nearby
