I went to Hans on 15 May around 9:30am for my usual breakfast. I ordered a Bacon Aglio Olio n coffee. Being a regular patron, I was quite surprised that they excluded the bell peppers for that dish. That’s fine since they explained that this particular ingredient had been removed since 2 years ago.
I waited quite long for the food that day. It was quite obvious the restaurant was severely under manpower as only 1 person was cooking. Being a weekday i guess it is normal too. When food was served, the pasta look so nua with pathetic bacons on top n nothing else. I just felt it did not look right. I’m not someone who take photo of my food n post everywhere on social media hence I don’t have any photo. Sadly, cannot prove.
Around 12:30pm I felt unwell and had my first diarrhoea of the day. Subsequently, developing cold sweat and felt totally lethargic lying down the entire day. Totally cannot function. That evening and midnight, I vomitted twice. The next day, I went for IV drip, took both nausea n tramadol injection. But the poison was so strong that my body still couldn’t suppress the nausea feeling. The following day (third day), I went for anti vomit injection again. Read moreI would like to complement Hans for the lovely Christmas lunch we had. We had Burrata Salad, Tomahawk Pork, Mixed Grill and Almond Crusted Salmon. The tomahawk pork was tasty, tender and not over cooked. Mixed grill was also good; turkey was tender and juicy but the ham was a little dry. But it was not over salty and still tasted nice. Our meal portions were generous and with the added set of a drink and soup of the day, we could feed a family of 6.
The service staff were excellent. Hui Qing took our orders at the counter - she was polite and patient in answering my questions. She gave recommendations and even reminded us of the card discounts available. Guo Meng went out of the way to help us get settled. He saw that our family of 6 (with 2 elders) had difficulty finding a table during the lunch hour peak crowds. He assured us he would arrange a table for us and he lived up to the promise. After ordering, I had expected to collect the food myself as was the usual practice. Again Guo Meng took the initiative to carry our orders to us as he saw we had 2 elders and 2 children.
The good food and excellent service affirmed my choice of Hans for a simple Christmas lunch with my family....

The first time I was visit to Han union I Oder chicken pie is not fresh enough .i am still remember about it .
The price is expensive but quite expensive of the food is below average. I am seriously so upset plus manager seem not so much pay attention on the complain as well. The order tacker is quite kind and understanding.
Han ‘s Upper management team should handle all those negative reviews professionally and as the springleaf residents we only want cosy dining experience with quality food.
