What we ordered:
They say 3rd time’s a charm, so we decided to try this establishment again. Came in on a weekday afternoon. Restaurant was empty.
Decided to order their gourmet pizza and wings combo which came with 2 soft drinks. Added $3 to upgrade to a pizza from the signature series.
Bianca panzerotti came with creamy ranch sauce, melted mozzarella and had tinges of sourness and heat from the jalapeño. Crust is nicely proofed and baked, but could do with more melted butter slathered on as a finishing touch.
BBQ wings were sweet and savoury. There were visible bits of what we think are crushed black peppers and herbs. Was expecting a smoky bbq flavour, but didn’t get that. Also didn’t really taste the olive oil marinate. On the plus side, their wings were of a premium size as compared to the bigger pizza chains out there.
For the pizza selection, we were informed beforehand that the pizzas only came in regular size and thin crust that day. We ordered the midnight express pizza as it was highly recommended and one of the most ordered pizzas by patrons. Our pizza came last and piping hot. The pizza crust was hard that it snapped at the edges instead of folding. And if you stacked 2 slices together top to top, you’d get a quesadilla. Protein toppings consisted of beef salami, turkey ham and beef sausages. At that price point, we were expecting something more premium as a signature series pizza. After having the Panzerotti and BBQ wings which whet our appetites, the pizza was quite underwhelming - almost like an anti-climax.
TL:DR Would order the Bianca Panzerotti and BBQ wings again out of the whole menu if we came back. Tried their beef lasagna on a previous visit, might order that too.
The pizza parlour really needs to improve at communicating changes in their operating hours. Wasn’t aware that they decided to open on Christmas which was a Monday, the day they’re normally closed only to come on the following Wednesday to find they’ve been closed for the last 2 days. Checked their website and social media to see if we missed any posts on the changes but there weren't any.
Overall, we felt disappointed because we trusted the raving reviews left for this establishment’s pizzas. But, after trying it a few times, we definitely disagree with them. At most the pizza is just ok… mediocre even, especially for that price. We honestly feel that there are better pizzas out there. But to each their own.
Came here on a weekday evening, and we were quite lucky as the place wasn't really packed.
Located along the main road of Sembawang Road, many would easily miss this place as I would assume only those living there, work near that area, or even frequent here, would know of this place
How I even got to know was actually through Google, and it suggested this place, I've eaten the other places nearby before but never noticed this pizza shop at all.
Right off the bat, the place is rather small with a few tables that can accommodate like maybe max 20-30 pax at max, so we were quite lucky it wasn't crowded.
The staff was kind enough to recommend as we weren't sure what to try. So we ended up getting the New York "10inch", BBQ glazed wings, 2 drinks, and the Nutella Pizza (take away).
Total was about $78 for the 2 pizzas, wings, and drinks.
After we placed our orders, it took about 15 minutes for the wait, and we weren't disappointed.
When the pizza was served, you could see it was hot out of the oven, and with the cheese oozing all over the pizza, it was worth the wait.
Now, the 1st bite was where you know it was made good. The dough was neither too thick nor too thin. It was just nice, soft, and fluffy. I already wanted to go for the 2nd slice while my gf was still on her 1st.
Then came the wings, piping hot, it was nicely coated with the BBQ sauce. With that I took a piece of the drumstick and took my first bite.
The taste and smell was really familiar, it was really similar to like a grilled satay. The sweetness of the sauce made the combi go really well together.
Now for me I didn't get to try the Nutella pizza cause it was for my gf family, but the reason she ordered it was because her sister ordered it before and said it was good, so I'm going to try it next time.
Overall it was a good experience with good food. Will definitely come back again.
Update on 13 Aug 2025: Excruciatingly slowwwwwwwwest pizza service ever. Ever. Ordered at 5.02pm, served 1st pizza only at 5.46pm. While waiting, there was a grab deliveryman who also complained abt their service being he slowwwweest & still his order were not ready when he arrived. There are only 7 diners but they are taking the loooongest time to prepare. There was another famly tat came by to collect their preordered food AND even tho preordered it still wasnt ready. Idk wat to say. My 2nd pizza is still not ready yet! It's alrdy 6pm & still zilch. i cancelled my panzerotti order & only got my 2nd pizza at 6.13pm. Whuuuttt. Skip this place. All of us..waiting for pizza, like waiting for Godot.
Wait let me edit that. All of us, waiting for pizza..like waiting for Godot WHILE reading the book on Waiting for Godot. All of us..waiting..& never..arriving.
Yummy pizzas!! Wide menu variety. Managed to get seats in this limited-seats resto. Food delivered in about 15mins to our table. Abit slow on service cos there was only 1 staff & no QR ordering code. Normal dough pizzas were outta stock so we settled for thin crust ones(not quite our fave but oh well). All their shortcomings were forgiven- great tasting pizzas w the lip smacking panzerotti. Very gd👍🏻 we spent $75 for 2 10inch pizzas, 2 drinks & 1 panzerotti.
The one downside of small operations like this is the service. Tables should be cleared promptly, drinks should be served first even if food aint ready yet, whatever sides or dips can be served promptly when the first foods arrive. Otherwise, staff is courteous & owner was friendly.
This place is recently very popular & abuzz. Head to the resto if u are 2 or 3 pax max cos they may not be able to hold u- there are about 5 tables of 4 pax each in the resto.
