Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today I visited the store, I have never been so disappointed. The stuff was so rude , excuse my language but customer service was trash. I waited for more than an hour to get my order, only for more than 20 people after me to get their orders before me. I had to stand an extra 15mins with hope that I will be told what was going on, the lady that initially looked at my slip looked at the oven and told me that my order will be out soon, i had to look under that oven only to find that there was no pizza in the oven...she made me a fool. It took me having to ask for a refund then they started asking each other if the order had gotten out, only for the other lady to find it and it was just sitting there COLD!!! Their service was bad, the cram decker had limited cuts of meat and harm and was dry. I saw a young man kicking papers that went to the pizza they were preparing. I don't think the Manager even cares about this debonair cause it...

The place is a proper "food place", it's clean, neat and customer friendly. The workers are really polite and patient with the customers and I just love the happiness within the environment. It's like the workers want to make...
