Went there today morning, the lady who was assisting me 1stly made a mistake with my drink order but we managed to quickly resolve what irked Me was when another customer walked in, seems they know each other she stopped preparing my Latte and started chitchatting to the customer who came after me, another teller came and I thought she was there to assist me with my order since I was left hanging by the 1st teller, no she also proceeds to assist the other customer and chitchat, all the while I've paid for my latte and still waiting for it to be done, I had to ask them if I could please have my order that's when one of them jumped to assist, I was very irritated to...

At first I took it that our waiter was just very professional to realise later that she was just arrogant and unfriendly. Our order came... scone with jam & cheese was ordered. It came with NOTHING... a dry scone at R48.00? REDICULOUS!!!!! My son's food order never even came. We have been at Mugg & Bean shops all over the country and your service was by far the worst! The waitresses are obviously not trained or controlled! No Man!!!!! The food was fresh and really delicious but please attend to your SERVICE!! Train your waiters and they will make money!! Positives: Chicken mayo toasties are DELICIOUS!! Negatives: When we sat down and ordered, the waiter asked "chips or salad" assuming that this is included in the already expensive price. The bill get to us - we paid an ASTONISHING R 42 for 2 chips (very little as well) and 1 measly little salad with few lettuce, one mini tomato cut in half, NO CUCUMBER and maybe 4 pieces of grated carrot!
