Nando's Crown Mines — Restaurant in Gauteng

I placed an order online for the Crown Mines branch at 9:47 am to be delivered at 11:50 specifically because we had a company conference that was running schedule. An order for 9 people (x9, 1/2 chicken with a side each and x2 Nandos chicken salads) I called 3 times to check on my delivery informing the manager that it had to be on time. I was told it would be and that the driver was on his way. I waited outside in the rain hoping I could still make it for the conference lunch break which the participants were waiting for their food. The delivery only arrived at 12:30 (With an uber vehicle) and I was then told that they had no drivers, this is after being told that the driver would be on time and following up 4 times. I was left to explain to our training group while they were waiting and were not impressed - Very unhappy about this !!! I will never order from...

Everytime I order food from them as a takeaway they mess it up. My order 2night was casa pap n livers (mild) with Xtra sauce, strips n rice (lemon & herb) and church's with chocolate sauce. Request was for the livers not 2 b burnt and Xtra sauce. When my order arrived I checked the livers and found no Xtra sauce so had 2 request that. What I forgot 2 do was check the rest ofvthe order as on arrival at home found that the churros had no chocolate sauce. Tried calling them with no success. It very frustrating when this happens as I've had a similar experience when ordering casa pap n livers. It's either burnt or do not have enough sauce. Seems the people don't listen wen u order. Manager Selina on shift, a trainee on the till left alone, many customers waiting to order but manager ignores all the people. The people being Police officers. It was a total let down. Luckily GLORIA took over and assisted us but service was a disgrace in the hands of SELINA. I will be contacting Nandos for the let down. I had visitors from abroad which I recommended to bring them to the new crown mines nandos. I HOPE NANDOS SOUTH AFRICA CAN IMPROVE THIS. I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE FROM NOW ON. We pay for service.
