I sent my 7 years old daughter to buy ice cream, the cashier by the name of nelisiwe just ignored her, and attended to other customers. Maybe I'm not aware do you have a policy of not selling to kids. When I came closer she still ignored me and another cashier came to attend to me. When I told her that my daughter was first she they didn't see her. My daughter loves your ice cream but your staff needs some special training on treating customers equally especially that nelisiwe lady. I always sent my daughter in whiteriver to buy her ice-cream and they treat her like any...

Very disappointed. I paid for two chicken and chips, got home and there was no chips after waiting for a long period for my food. Staff was watching soccer on the TV. Could not go back due to time and distance. Even tried calling. I feel staff should really try to focus more on their orders! And smiling. We had a fantastic dining experience.The food was absolutely delicious, especially the beef rib n chicken dish, which was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Our server, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we can't wait to come back...
