On the 28th of February on a Friday 2025 My mother, sister and I want to jessica’s to celebrate my mother's birthday. When we got there we were sitted and they gave us a menu and a waitress came and asked us if we are ready to other drinks and we told her no we not ready and she said she'd give are 5 minutes to decide and she'll come back and we agreed to that. I don't remember the waitress's name but her name started with an s and she is colored. After she had told us she'd come back 5 minutes later, Brian came and asked us if we ready to order and we kindly told Brian that we had already been assisted by the lady over there and Brian said but that lady is the one who sent me here to take over then my family and I said Alright no problem then brain left and went to go tell the waitress who had assisted us that we said she had already assisted us.
At this point we've been sitting unattended thinking Brian will come back to take our orders or the lady who was originally supposed to serve us but none of them came. The lady who was suppose to originally take our orders then proceeded to discuss about my family and I to her colleagues. We had been waiting for 45mins for assistance and no one came. All they did was to just look at us as they passed and other customer's who came after us had been assisted and got their food before us. The colored lady kept on pacing around waiting to assist other customers to come and didn't even care and she kept on looking at us but didn't bother to assist. My family and I felt punished just because we told Brian that the lady had already assisted. The treatment from your workers is just horrible, we ended up leaving because we waited an hour to be assisted and no one bothered...
Read moreI recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Jessica’s, a restaurant that I had high hopes for but that fell far below even basic standards of service and quality.
From the moment I was seated, the experience was marred by inefficiency and neglect. My waiter was inattentive, taking an inordinate amount of time to take my order. Once I managed to place it, both my drink and food took an unreasonably long time to arrive. To make matters worse, I observed two other tables that arrived after me being served and leaving before I even received my meal.
The cocktail I ordered was simply undrinkable, tasting overwhelmingly of pure liquor with no balance or finesse. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't stomach more than a sip. Hoping to resolve the issue, I spoke with the manager, only to be met with a dismissive and curt attitude. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
What struck me most was the disparity in how customers were treated. It became apparent that Jessica’s does not treat all patrons equally, with noticeable differences in service depending on race. This realization was not only disheartening but completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
As for the food, it was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and creativity—certainly not worth the wait or the price.
Jessica’s utterly ruined my dining experience, and I have no intention of returning. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking decent food, good service, or a...
Read moreAs a frequent customer, have to express my ongoing disappointment with the quality of food served at both Clearwater and Eagle Canyon, I definitely will not be returning. On Saturday morning 10th June, I decided to get some breakfast at Jessica's Clearwater, the restaurant was relatively empty. Because I chose to sit at table that the waitress who seated me was not serving, she didn't bother to ask if I would like anything to drink, sat me down and disappeared. Eventually the waiter came to take my order. My cuppachino took a long time to arrive. I ordered a Red Cuppachino which was so milky it was unpleasant. I ordered the Banana and Bacon French Toast, the food arrived very quickly on what I can only describe as the ugliest plate I have every seen, it made the food look unappetizing and insipid. The plate made me feel like I was not in a quality restaurant but rather Ouma's hotch-potch cafe of mismatched crockery. The quality of food reflected a cook that clearly was disinterested and lazy to cook. The bread had been dipped in egg and quickly fried, I essentially was eating dry bread with a thin coating of egg, quick fried, the banana was uncooked and roughly chopped without any care. It's disappointing to be served food in a restaurant that once served quality...
