Bahía — Restaurant in Arona

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant, they took our walk-in group of 16 like it was nothing, and were incredibly accomodating to my father, who was in a wheelchair. Our server, Julia (Also referred to as "The lady from Romania" in the reviews) was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and provided what might be the best service I've ever experienced. On top of all that, the food was amazing, I adored the pizza that I had and I heard only praise from the rest of the group either. It was also delightful to be able to go and walk down to the beach after the meal. If I could give it even more stars, I would, as this is an absolutely amazing restaurant and I highly reccomend it. I'm definitely going to go back to it if I travel back...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly shocking. The food was completely inedible — poorly prepared, bland, and arrived at the table barely warm. It genuinely felt like no care or skill had gone into the cooking at all.

What made the experience even worse was the incredibly rude service. One staff member in particular — an older, petite woman (possibly Spanish) — was so dismissive and confrontational that it took us by surprise. We were treated with clear impatience when we asked basic questions or requested assistance. Hospitality was completely lacking.

Needless to say, I will not be returning and cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options with decent food and respectful...

Service was quick and the staff friendly enough, but the food was terrible. My partner ordered a shrimp pasta that contained other things that were not listed on the menu. I ordered a burger and was allegedly given a children’s burger, so the server said they would sort it. This meant that I was waiting a further 15 minutes and only got my food once my partner had finished theirs. My burger was extremely greasy and the lettuce soggy. It tasted okay so I finished it but it made me dreadfully ill the next day. I would 100% tell people to avoid this restaurant

Edit: my partner has since become seriously ill after eating the seafood pasta. Please...
