This is a very good sushi restaurant with real, standard sushi and creative rolls/appetizers. I find much of the sushi in Barcelona to be heavy on cream cheese and mayonnaise, so this was a nice departure from that as it offers a more traditional sushi menu. They do not have a sake menu, and only offer one type of basic sake. The wine list was very nice and the wine was excellent. The sushi was fresh. The edamame and gyoza were delicious and everything we ordered was delivered promptly. I chose Hanaikada because there are 300+ 5 star reviews and I wanted to see what it was about.
Let me tell you, this spot DID NOT DISAPPOINT.
