AVOID!!!! Visited this venue as looked amazing outside. We visited with a party of 3 adults and 2 children.Ordered drinks first. Queried whether a Childrens menu was available which we were informed their wasn’t however they offered to do one of the children in the party a chicken fillet type meal of the menu, for half the price which was fine. Another waiter came and took our order then informed us that they didn’t have a kids option so we were going to leave at this point, however the first waiter returned to our table, explained what he had agreed at a cost of €6 instead of €12. All seemed fine so we stayed and ordered. Childs food brought out over an hour later after ordering then two of the burger meals about 20 mins after that. Asked for the chicken burger to be completely plain and repeated this several times to the waiter, as this was for a fussy eater. Both burgers arrived the plain chicken burger ordered had salad, cheese and sauce on when raised with the waiter he didn’t understand so I had to clear it all off myself, not good if this was for someone with allergies. My husband and son were mortified when noticing while eating their burgers they were pink, definitely undercooked. Raised this with the waiter no apologies, who sent the food back. At this point we were still waiting for two fajita meals this was now over an hour and half after first arriving. Poor service. Requested the bill for the Childs meal and drinks we had had, as we had had enough by this point. After hesitation we were given the bill to be fully charged for the child’s meal and we’re then made out to be liars and charged the full price, after the price had been previously agreed €12,40 for 3 prices of uneaten chicken absolutely disgusting and the smugness of the waiter making out I was a liar appalled by their attitude. There was no concern that they had served raw undercooked food and that a 13 year child had eaten part of his burger before realising it was undercooked. They were more concerned about getting the full price for the Childs meal. Their was also another large party who had a similar problem ordered drinks and starters then were told there was no vegan options available for their guests in their party after being told there initially was when seated. I wish I had read the reviews for this place before being enticed in by the exterior. Looks are very deceiving. Poor service!! Poor food!! Poor customer service!! Myself and my mother visited the taboo beach club bar and were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and service that we received whilst we were there. However, we noticed that there was an old looking man around his late sixties / seventies taking intimate pictures of a young girl around 12/13 years old without her knowledge. It should be noted this man was not with this girl nor was he related to her. He was zooming in on her bottom and taking these pictures. There were other young boys around her without any adults present. None of the children seemed to notice what this man was doing and all appeared to be local Spanish speakers. To relieve ourselves from uncomfortable situation we decided to let the staff know what had just happened. However, the lady we spoke to could not understand much English and we did not have a connection to use google translate which did not help the situation. We did manage to speak to two other male members of staff who did speak English and once we had explained again and pointed this strange man out to the staff they did nothing about it. When we asked if they understood the severity of the situation they said yes they did and confirmed which man we were talking about. All of the staff that we had spoken to began laughing about the situation we had described and did nothing go over to even see what was going on. This was disgraceful behaviour and really ruined our experience at this bar. It is understandable that the bar cannot stop these types of people from coming in however once something like this has been brought to their attention, steps should’ve been taken to ensure the girl was safe and the man was removed from the premises. Unfortunately, I was never able to have breakfast .. I had an hour for lunch at work and I decided to have breakfast at “Taboo”, I know that you can order breakfast there until 13:00, I was sitting there at 12:55, someone came up to me the waiter (I didn’t remember the name, it happened super quickly) was a woman with glasses and aged... so she came up, it was 12:55 (I really wanted to be in time), I told her that I wanted to order an English breakfast, she said this finished and left me...despite the fact that I had the menu online, she did not offer me to order anything else and did not deign to bring the menu, I went to get the menu myself, after 10 minutes no one came to me, I got up and went to eat at another establishment and didn’t regret it one bit, because my boyfriend had breakfast there once, at first he waited 15 minutes for the menu and until they came to him, then he ate, the food was normal and not expensive, 6.50 €, but then he waited another 15 minutes for the bill, In total, it took 1 hour to eat the omelette... so, the impression is not very good, although I really like the order and...
