Now they admit reservation via their web service. Some issues with the Wallet service for saving your reservation but overall ok. Service was nice and attentive an assigned us a big table (The place was not really full as use to be) The "oven was broken" so no ribs today ... a pity as we were looking to have some nice smokey ribs. OK llet´s move forward. We order chicken wings for stater, pretty nice and tasty sauce. Then brisket and pullet pork sandwich. Brisket was a complete disappointment, lacking flavour and texture, no sings of barbecue in taste profile, pullet pork was nice but nothing you cannot find in multiple other places today. I ordered a Porter beer, that was interesting but too much of a forced "bring more intense and distinctive flavour to my beer" for my taste, and not worth the price in my humble opinion.

Botton line I have fond memories of this place, that seem like is on a "decay mode" after the years. That includes the food, and even the webpage and reservations system with several errors that provides a sense of abandonment to the business.

A pity because I liked the place but I won´t be returning any time soon.

A really nice BBQ place with a good selection of beers on tap. If you realize this is Madrid no Texas, the place is a fantastic place for some american style slow cooked smoked meats. No reservations allowed so be patient on weekends as...

Went with my wife and 2 boys a few months ago and had a good experience. Quite the disappointment this 2nd time around.

Baby brisket tacos: almost broke a tooth, biting into it, as there was a big piece of rib bone hidden in the middle of the taco.

Ribs: tasty, but dry.

Max and cheese: dry, insipid

Chicken wings: very good, but accompanying sauce was incredibly watery, insipid and didn’t hold to the wings or the celery. We order them spicy and they weren’t spicy at all.

Pulled pork sandwich: very good

Pickle: I though we were going to be served an entire deli pickle. We paid 2€ for what in essence was a an eighth, 1/8 of a pickle! It was soggy and way too much vinegar. What you pay for here is what you pretty much get for free in any US deli as a side accompaniment. Complete joke.

Had to get up ourselves after asking for ketchup and extra napkins, as the waitress was too busy bussing tables in any otherwise empty restaurant (restaurant wasn’t even busy). I’ve worked as a waiter, and you always attend clients needs first before bussing, especially if restaurant is empty.

Not even a gesture on the check for the hazardous broken piece of rib in the taco.

Not sure we’ll be heading back for a 3rd...

First off I'll start with what I liked.....

Friendly staff, lively genuine American styled atmosphere, lively music, clean.

As far as food goes, the baked beans were outstanding, the brisket was tender and juicy, with good smoke flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was also very good. The French fries were as good as I have had in Spain, and venture to say that they are as good as Five Guys (almost). The sauces were good albeit not quite St. Louis style sweet and smoky.

The only thing I did not care for were the ribs. They were not fall off the bone succulent like an authentic baby back from St. Louis, and were more like a spare rib.

I'm giving the place 5 stars because the place serves likely the best barbeque this side...

Salimos a 94,90 €.
