Worst place in Madrid! I’m from the city and I’ve never experienced this situation. You have many other choices, I really recommend you to go to some other place.

• Rude waiter: while asking for 2 beers he didn’t even stopped to listen to us properly.

• VERY bad service: we asked also for 2 glasses of water and he brought us just one small shot. When we asked for the second glass, he told us we should buy the whole bottle in really bad manners. In Spain there’s a law that says that you can ask for free glasses of water and the bar must give it to you.

I absolutely recommend you to look for some other place to have a beer, there’s plenty of cheaper and nicer bars/restaurants to go.

The place is quite nice, though the interior and exterior are simple and unremarkable. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating and are conveniently located near other tourist spots, making it easily accessible.

Our server was straightforward and attentive, assisting with all our needs and providing helpful food recommendations. We arrived around 8-9pm, with no wait time but the outdoor is already occupied so we decided to enjoy the indoor dining.

Maybe if you're a local it's okay, but as tourists, the waiter was disrespectful to us, even verbally aggressive in Spanish. The reason seemed to be because we tried to order in English and he didn't know the language, which would have been totally fine, if he would've had the patience: we could try understanding each other, pointing on the menu or so.
