This restaurant is no-nonsense restaurant. The restaurant is so unassuming but tastefully decorated. We love the foods here as they only cook from the available fresh ingredients. Their Pork ‘secret’ was delicious. Very simple dish which rely on the meat quality and the ‘secret’ cut of the Galician Pork. We tried the Huevos Rotos a.k.a the broken eggs. I was a bit dubious about this place given how small the menu is online but was blown away by the food. The menu changes daily based on what's fresh at the market in the morning, hence why the menu isn't extensive, but every dish we had was amazing and cooked to perfection. I've eaten at many restaurants in Palma and this is now firmly up there as one of my favourites. The service was also great too, despite being fully booked. We had a great evening at the Cannibal cantina! Don't be fooled by the location or appearance of the restaurant it is a hidden gem. A very passionate and personal service and tasty food. We had Duck Gyoza - lots of umami and both crunchy and chevy textures - clams in a spicy sauce, grilled scallops and baked cod. Every dish was well composed in the miniature open kitchen.
