I recently ordered from this pizza place via Uber, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The pizza I received was downright terrible. The biggest issue was that it was severely undercooked, making the crust feel like rubber. It was so difficult to eat, especially with just one hand. This definitely did not live up to my expectations for a delicious, enjoyable pizza. Furthermore, the delivery time was incredibly disappointing. It took almost two hours for the pizza to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially when ordering through a service like Uber. I expected a more efficient and timely delivery, but that was not the case. At this point, I'm considering giving up on trying new pizza places altogether. The experience was so disappointing that it has left a negative impression on me. The quality of the pizza and the lengthy delivery time make me question whether they should continue making pizza at all

I ordered 2 of the 14 Inch pizzas from Uber eats. They first took about 1 and half hours to prepare the pizza which was also done after I called and complained, after we received the order the 14 Inch pizza turned out to be an 11 inch pizza, I called and informed the shop and they had the audacity to tell that the outlet was busy and that's why they made a mistake, which sort of a shop gives such lame excuses? The customer service and food is really really poor, the pizza was not fresh at all or tasty at all, it was like eating chicken on a piece of rubber DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE BUT WOULD RECOMMEND IT FOR SOMEONE WHO LOVES EATING RUBBER

We recently ordered from UberEats as there was a Buy 1 get 1 Free offer being promoted. When we received the Pizza it was upside down and dressing was all over which in fact was quite disgusting. We knew that this was completely the fault of the Uber driver as he was not careful when delivering the pizza. Regardless we made a complaint to Uber and called the Pizza outlet to inform what we have experienced. Without hesitation they immediately got our details and apologized for the inconvenience caused and sent us 2 new pizzas by personal delivery. We are amazed at how great their customer service is and we would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone disregarding the minor mishap caused by the Uber...

We've ordered several times from them and have never failed to enjoy their fabulous offerings.

As for their service... there was an issue with a misplaced delivery via a third party but they went out of their way to support us to rectify the matter. Mr. Vihanga and the team were very professional, and offered to replenish the lost order even when it wasnt their fault. Furthermore, they were in constant contact with us until the issue was resolved and the refund was realised.

In times like these, it's heartening to come across such a genuine, customer caring business as these guys.

We would be happy to recommend this establishment to anyone. Keep it up and...
