Food was delicious and staff at the restaurant were friendly. This being said, huge mistakes were made during our experience. My wife and I organized her brother Nelson 30th birthday and asked for a cake that would say: « Happy 30 Nelson! » instead the cake said: « Joyeux Anniversaire Martin ». In the end if feels like they didn’t even care. When we pointed this situation to our waiter he replied it was the only cake they had for that evening there couldn’t be a mistake. Okay….. yeah when I called to book I was on loud speaker with my wife and we spoke in French (we are both native) so both of us were really surprised. For a casual dinner this chain is fine but I wouldn’t got to celebrate anything bigger. Your loved ones are more important than that and deserve to be celebrated well. I don’t think there’s a chance we will ever go back to a Fouquets Restaurant neither in Cannes, Doha, Paris or New York. I think the experience couldn’t have been worse 😅😂 you guys lost the 6 of us at the Table for once and for all. Last but not least: no discount were offered not even coffee to make up for...
Read moreWhat a disappointing experience!! When we lived in Paris, we loved to visit Fouquet on champs de Elysee, but this franchise was NOTHING in comparison. Seriously, you’ll get much better service at any McDonald’s worldwide! After arriving, we were completely ignored by staff for ten minutes. To kill time, we asked for a drink at the bar, and were told rudely by bartender, that it wasn’t possible unless we sat down. We then sat down and. .. again completely ignored by staff. Not a smile or friendly attitude from any staff at any point in time. After another ten minutes at our table, without any attention again, we decided to leave. Nobody noticed. My husband went back to give feedback, and we were offered a free meal, but we’d had enough. Instead we went to the amazing BIS restaurant around the corner, where service, staff, ambience and food is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The 1 ⭐️ is...
Read moreWe've been here for lunch after we made a reservation by phone. When calling we asked if it was possible to eat here with a lactose intolerance, this wouldn't be a problem.
When we wanted te order the waiter already knew about the lactose intolerance, this suprised me! He was kind in taking our orders and double-checked if the dish was without lactose.
However, when our food was served, we still didn't have our drinks. This was disappointing because, after asking, we needed tot wait some more time before our drinks were served. The wine glass seemed not very clean and the waiter touched the glass with the bottle when pouring the wine... This is definitely not done.
Eventually the food was tasteful and we enjoyed our lunch. The prices seem high to me, taking in mind the small size of the dishes and the fact this was a (one...
