Avis sur Café-Restaurant La Gare à Saxon Je suis assez déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant qui n’a que le nom. Le plat principal était bien trop gras et manquait clairement de raffinement. On sentait un manque d’attention à la qualité des ingrédients et à leur préparation. Quant à la salade verte servie en entrée , elle n’avait aucun intérêt : une simple laitue avec une sauce industrielle sans saveur. C’est dommage, car un minimum d’effort sur l’assaisonnement aurait pu rehausser le tout.
