Brot Bistro & Bar - Restaurant Bäckeranlage — Restaurant in Zurich

"Brot Bistro Bar" ... is located in the Bäckeranlage, a park in District 4. It opens at 8 a.m. and there's a pleasantly quiet atmosphere for coffee and croissants. The restaurant has an indoor area with a small playground for children. When the weather's nice, it's interesting to sit outside...with a sandbox, swings and slide (all more for the little ones!). Something hot or cold to drink and of course; the BBB has an interesting menu. A cozy place to relax for young and old. Currently, there's music on Thursday evenings for another seven weeks. Dogs are welcome.

btw. There was a TV report about the crack scene at the Bäckeranlage. However, it's nowhere near as dramatic as reported. During the day, it's absolutely no problem to bring children into the restaurant. I don't know what happens at...

The coffee was great, but I had to explain how to make an iced latte—milk should go first, not the coffee. The barista was kind at first and helped with the menu (no English version), but got defensive when I gave feedback.

I also ordered an iced Americano, but it came hot. Instead of remaking it, he just threw ice in it. The tea and hot chocolate were good, but the food didn’t look appealing, and overall, it’s not worth the visit. Staff need...

Bin völlig üerrascht vom neuen Bistro; ein schlechter Ruf hängt halt lange nach! Sehr freundliche Bedienung, grosse Auswahl an Speisen (für jeden ist etwas dabei, auch vegan und für mich das Allerbeste: Als Kaffeeliebhaber habe ich den besten Kaffee im Chreis 4 erhslten.
