Our best authentic Taiwanese meal in this week traveling! On a raining evening, they are still super busy. It starts with a bright, welcoming atmosphere when we entered even the place is not new. The host came right away and explained the menu and how to order. He made great recommendations and even suggested I less the order based on the number of people we had. The goose meat was nicely layout and well tasted. 乾麵,魯肉飯 looked small but was in deep containers. 魯肉汁 was great but contains quite some fatty meat. 蚵仔湯 was surprisingly good portion. Recommended locally caught sea fish was another winner. Pan-fried to perfection, its skin was crispy while the flesh was so tender.
Braised goose liver almost melt in your mouth. It went well with their homemade sauce.
Deep fried oyster which is lightly battered and served with spiced salt was another crowd pleaser.
Yong Chun noodle dry comes with minced meat while the soup version is purely noodle.

The stir fried day lilies were excellent but we were told it's very seasonal so get it while you can. Order a small bowl of peeled chili, chicken soup and was surprised when a huge bowl came.
