黑浮咖啡 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

I’ve loved their food for quite a long time, but this branch store serves clients not as well as my previous loved one(yihsin一心 branch, which temporarily closed recently) For example, after the meal, I decide to upgrade my plan to a order a coffee, and at the same time would like to switch to the empty table besides me for charger..but the attendants refuse me without any reasonable response. Later, I was told that my meal time is end, but it’s 16:18 in the afternoon which is not a busy serving time, and it’s about 50% empty table(and they said they won’t have time limits if no other client is waiting).....and more confusingly, at that time, I even haven’t finished my coffee yet.... This situation won’t happen in before(that I used to go to yihsin branch quite often.) I highly recommend you can choose another branch store.../ or restaurant As we took a lot of time just to get in 台鋁 parking lot, and don’t feel worth coming with this meal...

I always loved Reve for their food. Today I visited to have some dessert, their waffle is great. When the waitress introduced us the menu, there is two of us, stating that the minimum spent amount for each person is NTD 100. So we reckon since we had lunch, and the waffle cost NTD 230, so we thought that would suffice their minimum spending requirements. However, after we placed our order, the waitress came to our table and said we have to order another item, we were confused since we complied with the spending requirements. So it appears that we have to order two items since there are two of us, which means the spending requirement is not minimum NTD 100 per pax, but by number of order. Just FYI, NON of the items in their menu is less than NTD 100. It did spoiled our experience and ruin our day cause the waitress insisted that we had to order another item even when we don't want to. Sad and...

Absolutely abysmal of a restaurant, I pray if anyone comes across this place do yourself a favor and never step into its premises. Was seated in a corner and as if invisible absolutely zero service came in 30 minutes. Instead of horrible service there was ZERO service. Understandably I walked in on an obviously understaffed Sunday, but while a later customer gets seated in the middle and was proactively offered service while I received none is appalling.
