添好運港式飲茶|經典還在,但味道回不去了 Tim Ho Wan – Familiar but Fading
曾經風靡全台的添好運,這次再訪點了幾道經典菜色。 酥皮叉燒包還是那個外皮酥脆、微甜的滋味,不過內餡口感跟以往比起來略顯普通,少了那股濃郁黏口的驚艷感。 炸腐皮捲外皮金黃酥脆,內餡餘韻還不錯,算是這次表現穩定的一道。 香鬆炸豆腐外酥內嫩,加了香鬆與海苔粉提味,吃起來有層次,適合配茶或當開胃小點。 臘味炒飯香氣足,粒粒分明,油香恰到好處,但對某些人來說可能偏鹹。
比較可惜的是這次找不到以前很愛的牛肉蛋甕飯,菜單上消失了,有點失落。 整體服務還是很到位,環境乾淨舒適,偶爾解解饞還是可以,但回不去初訪時那份驚喜了。

We revisited Tim Ho Wan and sampled some of their signature dishes: • Baked BBQ Pork Buns: Sweet and crispy on the outside, but the filling lacked the rich flavor it once had. • Crispy Beancurd Roll: A solid pick – crunchy shell, flavorful inside. • Deep-Fried Tofu with Pork Floss: Crispy outside, soft inside, topped with pork floss and seaweed seasoning – great contrast of textures and flavors. • Fried Rice with Cured Meat: Wok-fried well, aromatic, but a bit salty for some.
Sadly, their beef & egg claypot rice is no longer on the menu – a fan favorite gone missing.
Service is still friendly and the space is clean. It’s a nice occasional dim sum spot, but that old “wow” factor just isn’t quite...

服務 基本上沒有什麼服務可言 整個醬料都沒給,還是我去要服務生才不耐煩說等等給 很基本的白開水,菜都快上完了才給 上菠蘿油差點三顆滑出去 上菜也是有幾道是用砸的放在桌上 這個有像港式沒有服務的感覺
菜品本身 菠蘿油 味道一般份量也小 叉燒包 同行都覺得還不錯,我覺得味道不夠 鮮蝦菠菜餃 一致認為糟糕,特別是沒有沾醬更慘 蛋撻 肯德基真的好吃很多 鳳爪 吃起來就是雞爪凍加熱,跟港式扯不上關係 XO醬臘味炒飯 切碎臘腸的口感是硬的,吃起來不好吃 豉油皇叉燒炒麵 一致認為難吃,味道蠻奇怪的 臘腸北菇雞飯 肉好吃,但是服務生上菜的時候加醬油加太少,味道不夠,而且應該是肉和飯一起炊,但是是分開煮最後再放上去的像蓋飯,跟港式也沒什麼關係 陳皮牛肉丸 吃起來沒有Q彈的口感是軟趴趴的 鮮蝦燒賣皇 大家覺得好吃,但前面先吃的沒有醬料可以粘,少了點味道 香鬆炸豆腐 皮炸得很好,一致都覺得不錯,但是撒香鬆不知道要做什麼,有跟沒有一樣 港式奶茶...
