HK Noodle (short for Hong Kong Noodle) has established itself for several things. If you want something that is cheap enough, fast enough, tasty enough, convenient, and satisfying on just about every count, then it is worth a stopover. This popular noodle and dim sum joint, in a colored cartoon building opposite the main railway station is a great place to pop in before a long train ride. The noodles, thick, thin, egg, or in many other styles, are all good, either served with broth or dry. Order one of these and you won't quite be filled up, which is fine, as there are many choices of dim sum snacks to try out, best of which are the har gau shrimp dumplings. I went in side and stood there for a minute while all staffs were behind the food counter. They saw me but none of the staff response to take me to the table. Okay, I chose the table on my own and ordered crispy pork with roasted duck noodles. The crispy pork was like boiled pork, crispy the night before, refrigerated and heat with microwave until it was all soft like boiled pork served with noodles. Not gonna eat in this restaurant chain again. Once is more than enough
Stay away from this restaurant, poor service and low quality food.

Once at the outlet, I was presented with a menu and ordered several popular dishes, feeling excited to finally indulge. However, when the food arrived, I was disappointed—the taste and portion sizes fell short of my expectations, especially considering the prices. Now I understand why the restaurant had fewer patrons.
