My mother and I visited Bangkok & Phuket, Thailand, over the Christmas and New Year holidays (2023/2024), and it was absolutely a dream come true! ❤️ The pics below are specifically from our visit to Patong Beach food market in Phuket. The food was remarkable; so fresh and flavorful, with a vast range of options. I've attached some pics from some vendors; also, that was a freshly fried red snapper with a papaya salad , along with two dipping sauces (spicy & sweet/tangy). *chefs kiss* 🤌🏽 I highly recommend this place, if in the area! Thank you, Thailand - you owe me nothing!!! 🇹🇭

This is one of the good food courts we found nearby Patong Beach. It had various food stalls with good varieties. There is a grilled bbq section which we missed first, otherwise it is one of the best options to choose any seafood, meat and get them grilled. We tried Crocodile meet BBQ at the end here. Taste was nice and tied first time. Actually dinner was orders from 99 Seafood stall, where we ordered Fish, Prawns, Crab and Rice. Taste was good, and we felt the prices are higher end compared to some of the similar restaurants in the surroundings.

I got here my delicious grilled fish. When I start eating I found out it was a mackerel. It's a really easy to take the fish bones out of this fish, which makes eating convenient and rather quickly. No annoying fish bones in the back of your throat. It comes with some sweet chilli sauce and something else. When ordering a drink, you need to pay separately because it's coming from another vendor. The food is good, but the service not the best, but what to expect from a road side eatery.

It's only been a few days since we been here. Went to the food market late last night just before midnight. I had a lovely chicken noodles in chilli soup (very nice)👍🏽 but my friend got rice with chicken and fried noodles on the side from another food stall (let's just say she didn't eat half of her food as we found more than one string of hair and the chicken seemed different texture)😐. We won't be going back as there was big rats running underneath the food stalls and cockroaches 🤢. We will go and see bangla night food...
