MISSIRI มิสสิริ — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

This will be a review on the restaurant only because I just arrived a few hours ago to the hotel itself.

I love Italian cuisine; everywhere I travel in the world I seek it out. Tonight I was surprised to see so many pasta dishes on the menu for such a small place. As a matter of fact I was shocked to see just how varied and extensive the menu was period.

I had the mushroom carbonara and had Chef Nin (he is truly a chef and not just a cook) add in bacon. It was the best pasta I have had since I left Ubud Bali 3+ months ago. Mr Nin...is Mr Burger ...like a superhero with a not so secret talent....he starts with quality beef ( expensive here in Thailand) and Pork ( high quality everywhere) and grilled them to perfection....the bacon is crispy and delicious , the grilled onions add to the tastiness ...pickles and a tasty special sauce...fries were spot on as well..located across the transformer symphony music school and down the block from Surratthani Honda Bigwing...you have to get yourself a burger...
