Horrible shisha, no customer service, massively overpriced, AVOID AVOID AVOID.
This is a response to the reply from the restaurant
First, the only food items we brought were a chocolate bar and a bag of Haribos, not drinks or a full meal. Your staff made no mention of this being an issue when we arrived. If outside food is a problem, that should be communicated upfront.
What really ruined our experience, though, was the constant struggle to get the hookah working properly. We asked more than ten times for assistance, only to be ignored repeatedly. I even had to get up and physically bring someone over to help. Despite this, the hookah started burning again within minutes, making it unusable. When we tried to get further assistance, we were told it had been an hour and that nothing more would be done. The service here was careless and dismissive, with no regard for customer experience.
The manager’s pushy attitude in trying to upsell us on expensive menu items was unprofessional, and when we didn’t go for it, his attitude became rude. This kind of hard sell and poor customer service is unacceptable.
This was, hands down, the worst shisha experience I’ve ever had. If you want good shisha, I’d strongly recommend going to Lotiz Lounge down the road at the Zurich Hotel—7th floor. Their hookah and customer service are leagues above what we...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience here. The shisha was terrible—flavorless and harsh, felt like it was poorly prepared. I mentioned this to the staff, hoping they’d help or at least offer to fix it, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. It seemed like they weren’t interested in providing any sort of customer service or making the experience better. For the high prices they charge, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back. Was also told the shisha only lasts one hour.

The real problem, though, was the hookah. We asked for help countless times to get it working, but were mostly ignored. I even had to bring someone over, only for the hookah to burn again within minutes. Eventually, we were told an hour had passed and no further help would be provided. The service was inattentive and dismissive.

Read moreThis is an objective review and tends to inform other visitors of what you should expect at this restaurant. The food is good. It could be a much better experience, if there were no cheap tricks from the restaurant. Waiters are doing their jobs, but no smile or any kind of facial expression.
Ambiente is ok, but nothing that stands out. Music was at first very loud, but was reduced after we asked for.
The worst thing is, that all prices that are listed, are subject to 10% service charge. The service charge is listed only in very small letters at bottom of first page. This is a clear misguidance of the customer and clearly done on purpose. Also the bill did not add up to sum + service charge, but also included some 300 TRL of any other charge, which was reduced, after we asked for it.
