I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ushna Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The combination of their remarkable food and the outstanding service provided by Nithin truly made this visit unforgettable.

First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Ushna Restaurant exceeded all my expectations with their delectable cuisine. Every dish I sampled was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Ushna was on my wish list since long ..... got invited to taste some of their delicacies at the Al Majaz branch of Ushna Maza. Al Majaz Waterfront has developed as a good hub in the center of Sharjah with its beautiful water front views. Ushna Maza is a fresh take on the classical Indian cuisine that everyone has come to know & love. They had a plenty of seatings with its waterfront terrace for winters & casual dining set up. The Indian themed decor is just perfect. Quite vibrant & energetic. Love the huge mosaics painting of an Elephant on one of the walls.

So, coming back to food... They served us a plate of Papad consisting of masala and plain papad with some chutney.
then, we had their, Chit Chaat Platter..... which was served on a big shareable wooden plate. It comprises of delicious Dahi Puri, Paani Puri, Paapdi Chaat, Samosa, Bhel Puri & also Corn salad. Everything taste exceptional. From the grills we had...... Gosht Seekh Kebab....... Soft kebabs of mutton...... perfectly spiced & grilled. Tangri Kebab..... juicy ... grilled chicken drumsticks. Form the mains, they served us .... Chicken Jalfrezi & Paneer Labandaar ..... Both the dishes were flavorful & delicious. They served the mixed breads basket with the mains .... freshly baked garlic naan, plain naan & tandoori roti complimented the curries really well. 
We also had their traditional Gosht Dum Biryani..... the aromatic rice was cooked perfectly. & yes...... They've got great mocktails too. We tried their Ushna Bliss ... which is a blend of Blue raspberry syrup & sour mix topped with lemonade..... I found it sour ...the other drink was M&M ... Mango mint drink ... it was a mix of fresh mint muddled with cinnamon syrup & topped with mango juice & garnished with spring mint .... I just loved it ... it was more like Aam Panna ... a very famous summer drink of India. How can we forget to have desserts .... they served us their authentic Rasmalai & Malai Pista Kulfi. Both were up to the expectations.

They had also a small branch of illy coffee in Ushna Maza.... we tried their signature cold coffee which comes in a very attractive glass & was really creamy ....
