After reading the replies about the âcrewâs visitââ youâve completely changed the narrative to try and justify your complete lack of integrity and decorum and now youâre trying to spread misinformation.
To begin with what was our alleged problem as soon as we entered the door? Please elaborate.
Your admission of how you perceived us of having âa problem as soon as you came inâ, sheds light to our mistreatment throughout our visit. From being ignored at the till, dismissive interactions whilst deciding what we wanted to order, eyerolls when we wanted to pay with cash and threats of violence. I think it was you that had an issue with us hence your disrespect towards the âcrewâ. You had already decided that we were a âproblemâ when we came in and you decided to treat us like the problem.
We all went to view the cake display and were asking about what cakes were the best and ordered. It was during this time that the waitress ignored a member of our âcrewâ. Perhaps miscommunication or a simple mistake. Later the member of our âcrewâ asked the waitress why she was ignored, and another customer was served instead. The waitress apologised, and our food was served.
I was informed you didnât have all my change and you would bring it to my table. I took no issue with this, and I received my change. Please can you expand on your claim that we âwasted timeâ. There were five people in the âcrewâ four desserts and one drink were ordered. There was plenty of space left for other customers to arrive and dine.
We did not use foul language, that was only the waitress who swore, shouted, and asked to âtake it outsideâ. Instead, we said children were present. So why would we resort to using foul language? If we had professed our disdain for it. Can you please give an example of the foul language used. It was only your waitress, in response to one member of the âcrewâ not wanting to add to a takeaway order for her son as she had been put off by the waitress behaviour from earlier in the night.
It was shocking to see the escalation in the waitressâ behaviour, then the response of the manager. You have a costumer facing role and if your member of staffâs first instinct is to shout, swear and threaten violence, I think you need to review your training.
The manager came over to the rest of the âcrewâ who had been sat in shock and silence to shout at us all to leave as after the waitress had just been restrained. When we had done and said nothing. This is when I expressed my dislike towards the managerâs attitude as she was very rude towards the members of the group who had been sat in silence. I did this without the use of vile language or violent threats.
The comments you have made âGood luck to anyone else who lets you in to their storeâ just emanates a level of immaturity that was clearly on display tonight. Everyone has had a difficult customer, but it doesnât give you authority to swear and threaten violence. Instead, you move on like any professional would. I agree with you that your staffsâ safety and wellbeing are important but what happens when your staff member is the perpetrator of violent threats? It was your member of staff that spiralled out of control. This whole incident is just a symptom of poor management. We came, ordered dessert, and sat quietly whilst your waitress was being held back screaming and swearing because she wanted to take it outside. That is vile.

By looking at the reviews underneath I seem to see some negative feedback due to an incident that happened.
I would like to say from a customer who wasnât involved, that the young girl at the till was not in the wrong and she was mistreated. I come in all the time and the young girl is lovely and takes care of everyone who comes in.
When the incident first happen, the girl accidentally didnât serve her first due to her being on the side and not infront. she then sat at the table with her friends and family and talked on about what the hell, how dare she do that and miss me out and not serve me. She was being very loud and rude about the member of staff.
I donât think the girl heard her due to her doing other things and being busy.
I had also seen and heard the conversation with the waitress and lady, the young girl apologised serval times and told her that it was never her intention to do that and it was a honest mistake.
I never would have expected anything to happen after that, as everything was cleared and taken care of in a well mannered way.
I was surprised to have seen that the lady was being well rude to the girl as she went up to the till, saying â I will never come in and sit again after the way you have treated meâ the young girl then went on to ask âwhat have I doneâ, âyou explained the situation to me and I said how sorry I wasâ The lady still continued to be nasty to the young girl at the till and questioned her character.
After a while the young girl was getting abit frustrated as she couldnât take someone speaking to her in that tone and not having to defend her self. In her defence anyone in her shoes would have answered back after everything she was saying to her.
In fact the lady is the one who was saying to her â oh you was apologising over there, and now you think your a bad girl, well let me remind you that you are notâ and then proceeded to tell her to â step around the counterâ
I donât know why she thought that it was acceptable to ask the young girl for a fight and then backed down and turned to everyone and said âdid you see that she asked me for a fightâ and she was trying to victimise herself.
In conclusion, they were constantly saying â customers are always rightâ but I would like to say that in this situation the customers were not right.
I completely understand, that the young girl should have never reacted that way, but if you was there and seen it all from where I was sitting. I donât blame her.
