Well we ordered food from here, which was good enough, but what happened next is a breach of customer confidence and trust. The following day I checked my bank statement and found a suspicious transaction made against my card. I immediately realised my card details have been compromised and used to make a fraudulent transaction. The night before this fraudulent transaction, I had only used my card with this fast food outlet, and somehow my card details were hijacked and used. To say the least, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Details of my card were provided to this outlet, with all the sensitive and security information required to make a purchase. It is either ironic, or coincidental that my card should be used in this way. While I can only speculate, my advise to everyone who has used this outlet is to check your bank/card statement a day after, and everyday thereafter. Now that this information is being brought to the public attention. Who is to say, if their is a culprit working in these premises? He/she has also become aware and informed of this post, and no doubt, would not be so swift in using someone's card details in the near future. Instead, he/she will look for an opportunity when someone least suspects. So take my advices, and instead of falling victim to this type of crime. Where do I start…not in a good way. Firstly, you invited so many makeup artists to hype up the place and the food served to them was nothing like what I got. Your photos are completely deceiving.

The burgers are tiny, literally 3-4 bites and they don’t fill you up. I’m a skinny guy and it still didn’t fill me up lol.

This is where it gets interesting. Your customer service is absolutely atrocious. I was first told 5 minutes and it’ll be ready when I knew that’s not true because it’s impossible to make 4 burgers meal in 5 minutes. I guess I was right because when I asked after 5 minutes I was told a further 10 minutes. You think it stops there lol, nope. After the further 10 minutes I asked again Is it ready? And you wanna know what they told me? Yes, you guessed it. I was told 10 minutes. So after a total of 25 minutes I went to ask again and guess what I was told? We have started making it now it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. 4 burgers took 35 minutes. You need to hire staff that understands how customer service works. I work in a family run business of 27 years you might wanna send them to us for training.

You need to seriously train your staff or have Atleast a supervisor standing at tills at all times. You will end up closing down and you’ve only been open 4 days. This is honest and raw review.
