Thought give "Beefalo Meat House" a go, after passing several times over the recent weeks. On first impressions walking in you realy do step back in awe of the place!! At each turn there is something that catches your eye an makes you want too explore the restaurant an bar area more.!! For the exspodes beams, the timber cladding, modern lighting too the live grass walls an blossom trees. The building / Resturant rely dose have an Intermat feeling whilst you dine. Just a heads up this place "doesn't" serve alcohol on the premises but dose offer a wide range of soft drinks & mocktails. - They do allow you too bring your own Wine / spirts though if you wish!! Mixers available on request along with champagne chillers. Regards the food!! Have too say we weren't blown away with what was served against how much the meal cost, both presentation/ quilty was lacking an was quite expensive. Given this place is ment be a specialist Meat / Grill Restuarnt, you would naturally expect this too be were they shine, Unfortunately this isn't the case an was little disappointed. Too make up for the start though the Desert were amazing!! Upstairs is a cake, icream & sorbate parlour, an have say that the baklava is too die for!! Must try if ya go.. All the cakes / puddings are hand made individually in house. Will give this place another go! think they were having an off night possibly regards the main!!

**Update 29/12/2023** Myself and 2 friends visited. Warmly greeted by Maitre D and he even recognised us from almost 12 months ago, impressive. Our needs were attended by the lovely Aisha, very friendly, helpful and informative. Also very efficient too. We went with Starters, Soup and 2 x chicken mushroom dishes. Delightful. Onto mains, Steak Burger, 2 xBeefalo Burger with side salad and Asparagus, beautifully cooked, delicious, filling and satisfying. Dessert- 2x Lemon Cheesecake and 3 Turkish Teas. Never had these before, very refreshing, would have all the above again. Thank you very much for a lovely meal and fabulous service, take care, all the best for 2024. My friend and I visited on Saturday 8th October. Starters- wrnt with shared Beefalo Steak Platter, 2 pieces of thinly sliced steak, 2 pieces of chicken and 2 jumbo prawns, both in a lovely sauce. Delicious start to our meal. Drinks - each had 2 bottles of Ginger Ale, rougha pint, then we had a non-alcoholic Pina Colada, very tasty. Mains - Tom went with Rib Eye, done medium rare and veg, I had Cheesy Sirloin, done well done and peppercorn sauce with grilled asparagus and veg. Gorgeous, we were both impressed with our choices, the atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. Now, desserts. You need to sort your bill out first before going upstairs. Came to £102. Went upstairs and Tom got 2 cheesecakes with latte.

First impressions is very nice and very clean, plenty of room between tables and the staff was welcoming. We went early in the afternoon as a party of 8 on a Sunday, the place was empty. We order are soft drinks which took about 15min, which was not a problem. Once drinks came we order are food. It took 20-30mins for are starters to arrive, which I thought was a long time for a empty restaurant. Starters finally arrived, they were ok nothing special but it's only a starter ( I'm here for the meat ). Once table was cleared it took a hour for the mains to come to the table, this was still in a empty restaurant. When it came I wasn't impressed with the cut of meat for the price I paid. ( I go Hawksmoor their meat ain't cheap but you can tell it's a good cut ). The dessert was really nice but took about 30min to come to the table. We left the restaurant only impressed with the dessert which isn't right for a meat place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Fantastic Dining Experience at Beefalo Restaurant!** Beefalo in Bolton is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm, friendly atmosphere and impeccable service. The menu is a meat lover’s dream—everything from juicy steaks to gourmet burgers, all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the ribeye; it was tender, cooked to perfection, and full of rich, smoky goodness. The sides and sauces complemented the mains beautifully, and the portion sizes were generous. The restaurant's cozy, rustic vibe makes it the perfect spot for a relaxed night out or a special occasion. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. For anyone in or around Bolton, Beefalo is a must-visit. Great food, great service, and a great overall experience! Can't wait to come back!

Went here for my Wife's birthday. Absolutely fantastic meal. The steak was the best I've had. We decided to go for T bone. It was well prepared, and tasted impeccable. I had to just take the first bite and just process the different flavours, they were so so good. Ozzy the waiter was very helpful in explaining to my wife the difference between the steak cuts, and even brought out different cuts which I found to be quite unique. Ali, the manager, was brilliant all night. Easily the best manager of a restaurant that I've had the pleasure to meet with. Not often you leave a restaurant and the manager is up there as one of your favourite parts of the experience. He was friendly, kind, had amazing banter and also gave milk cake for my wife on the house! Overall, a lovely experience and will absolutely 💯 return!

Beefalo was a steak place I’ve been meaning to visit ever since it opened. The beefalo sharing starter platter containing Mombasa prawns, mushroom chicken and garlic steak was quite nice and packed with some good flavours on there. The cheesy meatball was very average and I felt it was quite overpowered in tomato sauce. For mains, the lokum steak and ribeye steak were both very good alongside the cheesy mushroom and peppercorn sauces. The baklava with ice cream definitely topped off an overall good experience at beefalo. The eclairs were definitely a let down and the chocolate cream filling inside was not appetising whatsoever. The service was good but I’d suggest if it’s somebody’s birthday, then you’re probably better off not going because the racket they make on birthdays is quite extraordinary!
